I arranged a birthday dinner for my mom, and I communicated with the cruise company via email in advance. They were incredibly nice; not only did they arrange a window seat for us, but they also presented a small cake with a birthday candle. All the guests on the boat sang "Happy Birthday" to my mom – it was truly wonderful! The food was excellent, portions were generous, and drinks were free-flowing. Highly recommended!

Had a great time on the Great Ocean Road tour! Our guide Daniel was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. He even brought us to see wild koalas and kangaroos, which was such a special bonus. It made the whole trip even more memorable. Highly recommend!
