It's definitely far from the city center (Ximending/Zhongshan), so it's inconvenient to go back and forth to rest when it's hot, or to store luggage during check-in/check-out. However, it's only a 10-minute taxi ride from Taipei Main Station, and the fare is around 10,000 won (approximately $8 USD), so taking a taxi isn't a burden. The air conditioning works great, to the point of being chilly, there's a bathtub, and the water pressure is good. It's a room with a window, but the window doesn't open; it didn't matter to me as I only needed it to check the weather. The lobby desk is small, but there was always one staff member present, so it wasn't inconvenient, and I was grateful when the staff helped carry my luggage to the taxi during check-out!

The special request for two separate beds was immediately accommodated when mentioned in advance. We were assigned a room with a great view, and the room itself was comfortable, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of Taipei 101. The location is also very convenient, just a few steps from the MRT exit. There are also some very chill cafes nearby, and getting to Taipei Main Station is easy...

For transportation: there's a skybridge connecting to Songshan Train Station, and it's just one stop to Taipei Main Station. Raohe Night Market is nearby, perfectly meeting the needs of travelers! The room was very spacious, and we were upgraded to a terrace room with views of Taipei 101 and the Taipei Dome. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but the xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) were just average. It's worth staying here again.
