Overall, I really enjoyed this tour of Kenting. There was a bit of a struggle to understand the English of the tour, but you could tell that the guide genuinely loves the place and was putting in her best effort. You can use a speaker translation device or Samsung Interpreter if needed. I also think that the language used for the tour is based on the majority of the tourists. I believe we had one Japanese tourist at the time, and the guide only spoke Chinese/English, so I'm not sure if she enjoyed it. The travel was smooth, and the schedule was accurate. However, if you want to explore the entire Museum of Biology, I suggest you book a different tour. Still, the various stops were well worth the time. The view was so nice, and I got to learn a part of Kenting's history and culture. They also provided free water for the journey.

On July 8, 2026, I had a fabulous KLOOK trip to Yehliu Geopark, Jiufen Old Town, a waterfall, and the Shifen Sky Lantern experience! Our guide (Richard) was great, sharing his knowledge of Taiwan and the areas we visited, and recommending the best shops to purchase teas, pineapple cake, pork noodle soup, and Taiwanese sausage – which was very helpful. Richard did a great job keeping us on time so everyone had a great time. The bus was clean and had air conditioning, which was helpful in the summer heat. I personally enjoyed launching the Sky Lantern – wow! What a joy! It was like that scene in Disney’s “Tangled”: seeing many lanterns in the sky. I strongly recommend this tour, and I would take it again! Thanks, Richard, for your awesome recommendations!

Sophie is an excellent and very approachable tour guide. She even lent us some cash when we didn't have any. Thank you for allowing us to experience this tour. My only suggestion is that I hope we can stay longer at the windmill because we left before sunset and didn't fully enjoy the view. Hopefully, next time, you will consider letting us stay for at least two to three minutes during sunset. Thank you.

Our tour guide (Alicia) was a sweet, knowledgeable, and skilled tour guide! The tour was smooth and there were lots of chances to take photos, buy food + souvenirs, and take in the beautiful sights. The bonus would be taking the scenic train ride in Alishan and taking in the views while the train does the work!

Taipingshan is a hidden gem in Taiwan. Every part of it is wonderful, so be sure to visit it before traveling. As of January 2026, there is no restaurant in Jiuzhize as it is under construction, but you can boil eggs and eat steamed buns. It was a nice experience.

We had an amazing experience on our Sun Moon Lake tour, and a big part of that was thanks to Jeannie! She was friendly, professional, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire trip.
She shared interesting information about each destination, kept the group informed, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her energy and passion for what she does really enhanced the experience and made the tour both enjoyable and memorable.
Sun Moon Lake is beautiful on its own, but having a guide like Jeannie made the experience even better. Highly recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky enough to have Jeannie as your guide, you’re in great hands!

It is a wonderful experience touring the north coast of Taiwan. Our guide, Tommy, is very helpful and informative. In every destination, he tells us a bit of the history of each place, how it has come about, and even the meaning of the name of the place. It was also quite helpful that he recommended some of the best spots to shop and to buy souvenirs, and even assisted on food purchase during our Shifen stop. Overall, very recommended, and will definitely book again when we come back with other kids.

This was a great experience for us. We were informed a day before about the pickup arrangements. The bus arrived on time. The weather was good, so we had a great time watching the stars before proceeding to Hehuanshan for the sunrise viewing. Since it had snowed in the previous days, snow and ice were still along the side of the road, adding to the experience. The mountain slopes still had snow. The temperature was freezing, so you need to dress properly. The experience was great because the weather was good. If the weather had been rainy or foggy, there would have been nothing to see.
