Maria is super friendly and has a great sense of humour. We love the way she’s telling us the story of Osaka, so lively and informative. She’s so caring like a mother to all of us. And she speaks English fluently- we have no language barrier at all! We love her!! Highly recommend

We booked a child seat, and the children were very happy, sleeping comfortably in it, which saved us parents a lot of effort. It's especially suitable for families with babies.

Had a great time, excellent service. It was a group tour but felt very free, with a reasonable schedule that wasn't rushed, allowing ample free time at each stop. The Ine Boathouses were truly peaceful and full of life, and Miyama was more pristine than I imagined. The guide was very professional, explaining everything clearly and patiently, and clearly communicated meeting points and times. The day was relaxing yet fulfilling. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy the scenery without the hassle of planning their own itinerary.

A perfect trip with our host Mayu. She gave us a nice 3-hour trip in Osaka with a lot of additional information about the city, locals, and culture :) I would book the tour again right away.

I was worried that the Osaka tour might be canceled due to the rain forecast for yesterday and today, but fortunately, it didn't rain during the operation, which was great. Although blankets were provided, the weather was a bit chilly. The bus seats were very cramped, and the Japanese couple behind me talked so loudly and non-stop that my ears felt like they were bleeding. Although Japan is in the same time zone as Korea, the sun sets much earlier. I initially tried to book the 7:10 PM tour but it wasn't available, so I booked the 5:10 PM one instead. It would have been even colder if I had taken the 7:10 PM tour. The Midosuji Illumination was beautiful.

The tour guide was a kind and friendly gentleman who could communicate in Chinese. He even took the initiative to help us take commemorative photos and told us many local stories and their origins. Our child also loved him. This was a wonderful experience, and we were very happy to have met this tour guide.

Maria has given great help and guidance to us, especially as it was our first time in Osaka. We were confused with the different Metro and JR Lines, but she brought us to 4 locations within a day. She was super on the walking tour!
