The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are tidy and quiet, the beds are soft and comfortable for sleeping, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Overall, the stay was very satisfying.

The overall experience was okay, and wine tasting was offered. However, I suggest that each floor should offer at least one red and one white wine, otherwise it's a shame for those who don't drink a certain type.

A very good stay experience. The interior design of the hotel is quite stunning, and the overall environment is comfortable and tasteful. The elevator has a semi-transparent design, allowing you to see three very large art tapestries while riding, which creates a distinctive and impressive visual effect. When staying on a high floor, you can see the lush greenery of Daan Forest Park from the room window, offering a great view. The location is also very convenient, close to the Dongmen business district, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to Din Tai Fung. It was a very pleasant and convenient stay.

The bidet toilet is comfortable, the hairdryer is powerful enough, there are free massage chairs in the lobby, the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the service staff are friendly. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the bathtub is a bit difficult to get into.

The service staff were friendly, and the environment was clean and tidy. The only minor drawback might be the very limited variety of breakfast options. We stayed for two consecutive days and felt there was a lack of variety! Also, the sealant strip in the shower came off, causing a slight overflow outside the door! A special thanks to the housekeeping staff on the second day who helped us clear a slightly clogged toilet. The young and lovely housekeeper quickly resolved our issue, and we are truly grateful to her (she was a sweet young lady, and we felt really bad making her deal with such a problem first thing in the morning! We apologize). Overall, the rest of the hotel was very good! The soundproofing was also quite decent.

Turn left out of Shandao Temple Exit 3 and pass McDonald's, and you're there. It's very easy to find, and the service is attentive. For guests with a lot of luggage, they arranged for early storage, and the front desk confirmed that the room was ready and helped with an early check-in. They even assisted with booking a nearby hair salon. The room is spacious and clean, though the noise from the next-door room opening and closing doors can be a bit disruptive. Breakfast is linked to the Starbucks downstairs, which might be disappointing for guests expecting a rich hotel breakfast!
