Highly recommended for all travelers, especially those with children. The room was very spacious, and the staff were extremely accommodating. Thank you, Novotel. I'm looking forward to more bookings with you for our Disneyland trip.

Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. With free shuttle service to/from airport. Hotel is strategically located near almost everything you need.

There is always room availability in this hotel. The room we got was clean, everything was neat, especially the beds.

Really exceeded my expectation, the location is so convinient, the area has restaurants, 7/11 and grocery. I was really happy that the receptionist (not sure of his name but it started with Gil), he is proactively nice and accommodating. Even gave us an upgrade since they are fully booked in the room I availed. What a great gift for my birthday. You can also see from your room the disney drones during momentous show. All in all would defenitely recommend this place 100% If you are up for peace and away for city during rest time, this place is for you. Even though this is far from the city of Hong Kong and shopping outlets, transporation here is point to point and on time you won’t even worry walking too far.

Although I checked in late due to my flight schedule, the hotel staff's service was excellent. As it was my first time in Hong Kong, I chose a hotel directly connected to the airport. The hotel room was quiet and pleasant. The coffee from the coffee maker was delicious.
