The itinerary started with a visit to Lauterbrunnen, followed by Grindelwald and Interlaken later in the evening. Each location had enough time to explore the areas. 1 hour 45 minutes in Lauterbrunnen, 3 hours in Grindelwald, and 1 hour 30 minutes in Interlaken. The tour guide (Robert) was excellent, and the coach was clean. My only feedback to Best of Switzerland Tours AG is that in Grindelwald, since most people opt for the cable car up the mountain, you could stop the coach for people to disembark there instead of making them walk 2 km to the cable car terminal. I understand it is scenic, but elderly people who wanted to take the cable car couldn't due to the long walk. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this agency, which does everything perfectly on time. No delays.

The guide was friendly and the scenery was so beautiful. The ticket price was well worth it. I highly recommend using it with family and friends. We made the most of our time from eight in the morning until eight in the evening.

Great tour with a nice and supportive tour guide. However, 45 minutes for Interlaken is quite rushed.

The tour guide Alexander was very good & he speaks in 2 languages, giving clear explanations on the meeting points & hour. The Grindelwald was scenic & the weather was cold. The trip to Lauterbrunnen was not that great. Drive all the way just to see 1 waterfall, kind of disappointing. Overall the itinerary is good as it will be tough if we’re to travel ourselves.
