Tge car was clean and efficient, driver did a good job driving BUT he has zero English knowledge and does not even know how to use google translate:( He has no input whatsoever, and he can’t understand a word that we tell him, so frustrating.

The location is very convenient, right across from the Woodlands Resort where I was staying, at Again Pattaya. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk there. It was clean, spacious, and luxurious. I had read reviews mentioning outdated facilities, so I was a bit worried, but it didn't bother me at all. I booked a 120-minute Thai massage. I arrived an hour early, but they kindly accommodated me right away. The therapist was very thorough and gave a firm, excellent massage. I was much more satisfied here than at a famous department store spa I visited the day before, which charged about 3,000 yen more for the same service! I will definitely be a repeat customer. It was a bit disappointing to be strongly pressured for a tip, though. The location is about 15 minutes from Terminal 21. It felt a bit further than I expected. There are many restaurants nearby, so I had some dessert before heading back. The spa only offered tea.
