Passeios por Blue Mountains National Park

We had a pleasant experience in this guided tour with Allen. He shared a lot of the history and culture of the places we have visited, he even shared us the hacks to avoid spending time queuing for the cable car in Blue Mountain!

I really recommend this tour. The Operator & the guide (Kelvin Sung) were both very helpful. I was late (my fault), but after discussing with the Operator, she coordinated us well and I was able to meet up with the group in the 1st location. Itinerary-wise, it could’ve been a little longer in some places like Leura & Echo Point, but I understand we were trying to get back to the city in time with the fire works at Darling Harbour. Due to the weather condition that day — it was cloudy with light rain, we weren’t able to do stargazing, BUT Kelvin made sure we made the most out of the trip by still bringing us to a cliff with such a breathtaking view (after a little hike). Even if it was a Korean group, Kelvin ensured that I didn’t feel left out and I was well accommodated. I was traveling solo, so I really appreciate him putting the extra effort. Overall, this tour is worth it. I will certainly recommend this to my friends visiting Sydney and is looking for a day-tour from the city.

I went on the Featherdale / Blue Mountains Scenic World tour with Zigzag Tour on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. My parents came with me and they weren't too tired, and they were very satisfied with the tour course! The guide gave interesting and clear explanations before and after entering Featherdale and Blue Mountains, and the guidance was excellent so that other people on the tour didn't get confused. It was also great to experience Australian wildlife and nature together at Featherdale Wildlife Park. At the Blue Mountains, we were able to tour comfortably because the guide meticulously led us not only to Echo Point Lookout but also on a light trekking course!

The magnificent scenery of the Blue Mountains offers a visual and spiritual feast from above. The activity begins with a photo stop at Lincoln's Rock, where you can sit on the edge of the cliff. The driver-guide will help take photos, but please be mindful of your own safety, as there's an endless drop below. I'm afraid of heights and get dizzy, so I stood for my photos. Next, we'll head to Echo Point for a close-up view of the Three Sisters rocks, admiring their intertwined and unyielding spirit. Then comes the main event: experiencing three different cable cars at Blue Mountains National Park. For the steepest red cable car, it's best to hold your backpack in your hands rather than placing it on an empty seat beside you, as the descent becomes extremely steep, and your bag could slide directly under several chairs in front. After the descent, there's a forest trail with many vivid dinosaur sculptures. The entire itinerary is quite relaxed, and we'll have free time for lunch in town, where you can choose your favorite restaurant.

Perfecte manier om zoveel mogelijk activiteiten in 1 dag te proppen! Het tempo was voor ons (2 personen) goed te doen, maar ik begrijp dat veel mensen zich gehaast voelen. We hadden slechts 1 uur lunch in Leura. Maar ik heb eerlijk gezegd het gevoel dat de tour het beste heeft gedaan wat het kon, gezien de tijdsbeperkingen en de hoeveelheid dingen die er te doen waren. Om nog maar te zwijgen van het feit dat het zoveel goedkoper is dan het huren van een eigen auto. Ik heb het gevoel dat het zeker de moeite waard was, maar plan misschien je route en prioriteiten van tevoren (bijvoorbeeld, we gingen direct naar de Australische dieren in de dierentuin, of besloten onmiddellijk in een restaurant voor de lunch). Als je een grote groep hebt, is het misschien goed om te splitsen of gewoon vooruit te plannen. Paul was fantastisch en zo vriendelijk, hij was de chauffeur en gids in één. Hij heeft de tour en de mensen heel goed afgehandeld, ondanks een Karen aan boord 😅 Als je op zoek bent naar een geweldige manier om al deze activiteiten in te plannen zonder er te veel over na te hoeven denken, dan is dit een geweldige tour. Wees alleen voorbereid op enkele tijdsbeperkingen. Al met al hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad.

My girlfriend and I applied together and made some truly wonderful memories. The weather was a scorching 43 degrees Celsius, but we traveled continuously by car, visiting only the must-see places, so we enjoyed ourselves without even realizing how hot it was. The zoo we visited first was better than expected, and then we were amazed once again by the sunset over the Blue Mountains. And finally, the starry night sky we saw was truly unforgettable. In particular, the guide explained so much, making it easy to understand and enjoyable, so I naturally learned a lot. The atmosphere was also pleasant, so the travel time was not boring at all. They recommended not only Sydney's best restaurants and attractions but also drinks and pubs that I would like, which was a great help for my subsequent travel plans.

We joined this tour even though we are not Koreans, but we were welcomed and accommodated very, very well by our Korean driver/tour guide (Mr. Jimmy). He is so nice, and he even gave free souvenirs to everyone. The tour was purely spoken in Hangul, but he made sure to provide us with important information before we left the bus, such as the time to return. He suggested a few restaurants to try in Leura. I highly recommend this tour.

It was great that the tour started about an hour earlier than other tours. I was worried it might be difficult since I was taking my parents, but it wasn't hard at all, and it was good that we went to each point by car. Because we woke up early, we could see kangaroos and quokkas more actively eating and running around at the zoo. They kept following us, asking for food. And definitely include the scenic railway in your tour. The air is so fresh when you get off and walk around. It also feels like riding an amusement park ride. Our guide, Jimmy, thoughtfully adjusted the schedule, so we didn't waste any time and could take many photos. He even gave us souvenir gifts, making this a truly excellent value-for-money tour. I really want to come again – highly recommended!
