Service: The complimentary amenities are perfect, so there's no need to bring personal toiletries. Additional free services like bottled water and green tea are a nice touch. Transportation Accessibility: It's a cost-effective hotel given its location, allowing easy access to anywhere in downtown Japan via the Hanzomon Line. Cleanliness: We received daily room cleaning service, and it was impeccably maintained.

The room was spacious and clean. The projector initially had an issue, but it was quickly resolved for us. The staff were friendly and kind. We will book Cava House again next time we visit Tokyo.

This is our second time booking at the Pearl Hotel, and it consistently offers cleanliness, welcoming staff, free breakfast, and is a 5-minute walk to the nearest station. We can easily explore beautiful places and food in Tokyo.

The location was unexpectedly good. Akasaka itself is a great tourist spot, and the hotel is very close to the subway station, which is a hub for five subway lines, making it very convenient to get to other places. It's a 20-minute walk to Roppongi and Tokyo Tower, which is about the same time as taking the subway. The street where the hotel is located has many restaurants, a cafe downstairs, and a convenience store opposite, so you won't have to worry about meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel's breakfast is also good, with four or five options, so you won't get tired of it. Before returning to your room in the evening, you might want to participate in the hotel's activities, where you can mix your own perfume. There are only two room types. Due to booking and itinerary reasons, I stayed in both a twin room and a double room on this trip. Personally, I think the double room is more convenient for unpacking luggage!
