Confirm the exchange location and bring your voucher. For Korakuen Garden, the exchange point is at the museum; you'll need your receipt to get the tickets. The sightseeing pass also comes with a map. You need to calculate if you have enough points, but it's truly excellent value.

You can exchange it for 1,500 yen at Okayama Station Front Ichibangai for shopping, or redeem it for a discount coupon for strolling through the Bikan Historical Quarter in Kurashiki. Additionally, you can choose an admission ticket for Okayama Castle or Korakuen Garden. It's excellent value for money and well worth purchasing.

Buying these two passes together is incredibly good value. The JR Kansai Wide Pass allows extensive travel, making it more cost-effective the more you travel, and you can reserve seats six times. Just the round trip from KIX airport to Okayama makes it worthwhile, as you can take the Shinkansen. As for the Have Fun Pass, you can use it to enter three attractions or redeem three discount vouchers. The options I chose were Kurashiki (which gave me 10 coupons for snacks and drinks), entry to Okayama Castle plus an ice cream voucher, and a 1000 yen discount voucher for Bic Camera. I highly recommend it!

Easy to redeem and well worth the price if used wisely. Taking Kurashiki Bikan as an example, 10 tickets worth 1000 yen can be exchanged for three snacks like white peach ice cream and soy sauce dango, plus a small box of collagen jelly. It's very pleasant to stroll around and eat.
