Gilbert is one of the best and most considerate tour guides I've ever met on Klook. Before the trip, I was a little worried that a purely English-speaking guide might be difficult to understand, but after actually going, I realized there was absolutely no issue with that 💯. When the tour starts, Gilbert will drive everyone directly to Kamakura. After parking, you'll head straight to the Enoden train to begin a packed day. Throughout the process, Gilbert is patient, giving everyone ample time to take photos and shop at each attraction. I highly recommend bringing extra cash 💰 and wearing comfortable walking shoes 👞, otherwise, your feet might get a bit uncomfortable by the end. Finally, for travelers who came because of Netflix's "Lost in Translation," you don't need to worry 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, as Guide Gilbert will basically take you to all the important spots, including "Gokurakuji Temple" and other attractions. (If you want to stay longer at a certain attraction, you can try communicating with the guide first 👍🏻)

Our day trip started on a rainy and cold morning, and magically the sun came out before lunchtime. We had the best time strolling around at every stop of the tour and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Rachel, our guide, was fantastic; she made the tour enjoyable for everyone. It was a full bus. And thanks to the wonderful driver, apologies I cannot remember his name, but he is a good-looking lad 😘

I had an amazing experience on the Kamakura and Atami fireworks tour! The tour guide Sakuragi was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing Japanese culture. He provided fascinating insights into Kamakura’s history and made sure everyone, especially the elderly, felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the trip. The Atami fireworks show was breathtaking. Sakuragi made sure everyone was well-informed, reminding us about the last train and offering flexible options to get off at Shinjuku or Tokyo station.
Our driver, Mr. Ito, was equally thoughtful, stop the bus as close as possible to Atami Beach so we didn’t have to walk far. The Atami fireworks were breathtaking, and the entire trip was smooth and enjoyable thanks to the excellent coordination and care from both the guide and the driver.
Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore and experience Japan with a thoughtful and professional guide!

We had a wonderful day trip to Kamakura and Enoshima with our guide. He was young, friendly, and spoke both English and Chinese, which made everything very easy.
The tour was very well organized, and he was always punctual and easy to contact on WhatsApp. He showed us beautiful places in Kamakura, including a traditional temple, lovely sakura, and even a hidden pond. One special moment was taking a local train and stopping to take photos from the same view as a famous anime scene.
We also visited the Great Buddha, then took the train to Enoshima and walked to the island. Everything was beautiful, and the information he shared was very useful. He was also always happy to answer our questions.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants a beautiful, well-organized, and enjoyable tour.

This was a truly delightful day trip to Kamakura and Enoshima, with the highlight being the well-planned itinerary that allowed for a leisurely appreciation of the local charm. In the morning, we waited for our guide at Tokyo Station (M1) exit. The guide was very thoughtful, providing itinerary details and meeting point information the night before departure, and introducing the unique characteristics of each location along the way. The itinerary deliberately avoided a rushed, superficial tour, allowing for ample flexible time. Whether gazing at the Shonan coast from the train or feeling the breeze while waiting for the train on the Gokurakuji Station platform, this "slow-paced" rhythm truly captured the everyday essence of Kamakura. The Enoden train was arguably the soul of this experience. Riding the retro green train through residential areas and along the coastline, every scene outside the window felt like a movie. The itinerary made excellent use of the train's spontaneous charm, rather than just treating it as a means of transport. The stops along the way were particularly enjoyable: Shonan Coast: We had plenty of time to stand by the roadside, watching surfers and the sparkling sea, soaking in the classic Japanese summer atmosphere. Enoshima: It's highly recommended to pay for the elevator (3 sets) to go up the mountain (saving a lot of time and energy). Along the way, you can visit various shrines and enjoy a whitebait and conch lunch. Walking slowly downhill, there was ample time to explore the small shops between the stairs, or quietly watch the changing light and shadows from the observation deck, perhaps with a cup of coffee or a bowl of red bean soup. This pace allowed us to truly take in Kamakura's sea, trains, ancient temples, and local hospitality. Although the weather was a slight disappointment, preventing a clear view of Mount Fuji, if given the chance, I would love to experience it again at the same leisurely pace.

We had a great time from start to finish. Skies cleared right before we left so Omar gave us extra time to take photos with Mt. Fuji. Omar was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even took great photos! 10/10 will book again!!
