Such a worthwhile experience! I had a skin test with the pharmacist, and she was so kind and thorough throughout the whole process. She carefully analyzed my skin and recommended products that were actually suitable for my skin type. I had so many questions because I’ve been concerned about my skin for a long time, but she patiently answered every single one. I finally got a better understanding of my skin and was able to clear up many of the concerns I had. If you’re visiting Korea, I definitely recommend giving this a try! The products in the store are also reasonably priced, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was such a pleasant and helpful experience. I’m really glad I stopped by!

My hair never felt so clean! Highly recommended! Take note Myeongdong has a few Juno branches! This particular Juno is on the 7th floor above ABC Mart. This branch looks really nicely renovated, with a view of Myeongdong Cathedral. Enjoyed my complimentary ice coffee while they did a scan of my scalp to analyse what I needed, then I got an amazing head and shoulder massage. Topped up 60,000 for the 18 step process as this voucher only has the 10 steps. It was well worth it. They took much effort in making me feel welcome when I arrived and genuinely good service! My stylist Daisy was excellent, she listened to what I wanted and recommended to cut my hair to what suited me. I was really happy with the whole 18 step scalp treatment process, very relaxing and calm and the atmosphere was perfect!

I found this hair salon in Hongdae on Klook. After entering the shop, different staff members greeted us, and their English was excellent, so we could communicate perfectly. Although we initially only purchased a haircut, we also added a 19-step hair treatment, which was incredibly comfortable, especially the far-infrared massage – it was completely unexpected. The hairstyle turned out very sweet as well.

J'ai opté pour le service de 60 minutes et il était très complet. J'ai beaucoup appris et les informations fournies étaient très claires et bien expliquées. La dame qui a fait mon analyse s'appelle Erica et elle est très gentille et douce ! Elle parle très bien anglais, donc le service est vraiment ouvert à tous. À la fin, ils nous présentent des produits recommandés que nous pouvons photographier, et nous pouvons même refaire notre maquillage avec les produits qu'ils fournissent ! L'expérience était agréable et super amusante, je la recommande à 100 % !

The location is behind the Sejong Hotel, near Myeongdong Exit 9. Don't go through the hotel; use the alley behind it. Compared to other cosmetic stores, this one is very conveniently located! It opens at 9 AM, so you can go early to get your makeup done and then start your day's itinerary!

I had a really fun time making my own cleanser. The staff was very helpful and patient, and the class was easy to follow. There was also a simple skin analysis provided at the start of the class which was helpful in choosing which cleanser I could make.

The money spent was super worth it. I recommend finding your desired hairstyle online first, and then confidently entrusting it to the stylist. You can truly trust the stylist to do a great job because my bangs were originally self-cut, and the stylist noticed the uneven length on both sides. So, they helped me trim them for only 200 NTD, and even tied my hair with a bow! They used hairspray to fix every single strand. For the makeup, I have a lot of acne on my face, but the makeup artist's skills are amazing. The concealer was so good you couldn't tell I had much acne. Plus, at the beginning, you can choose between a Korean female makeup look or an idol makeup look. After the first layer of foundation, I already felt my face looked more radiant. During the process, they also provided a drink that tasted like lemon iced tea.

I did the 18 step hair spa and a hair treatment. I had mistakenly booked for the next day but they easily changed my booking and accommodated me on the day I turned up. They spoke very good English and were generous with advice and gave me a drink and peanuts during the treatment. My scalp was very sore and they helped me with suitable products without any pressure to buy. My hair is super soft (a week and 3 washes after). I will go back if I go to Seoul again in the future.
