Everything is perfect. This is my very first time traveling to Tasmania and joining this open trip was fun, I really enjoy it. The tour guide is very humble and informative and the service is great. I highly recommend this trip

less time in the van would be good. the tour guide talked a lot at us and not to us. we got to see some cool things around Hobart and learned a lot of history.

Overall, if you don't want to drive yourself or are worried about getting tired from self-driving, this three-day itinerary is highly recommended. From airport transfers to the specific activities in between, there's vehicle pick-up and drop-off throughout the entire trip. Each day, they even pick us up directly from the hotel, saving a lot of hassle with transportation connections. The hotel arranged was a 4-star in the city center, which is standard, but its main advantage is its central location, making it convenient to go anywhere. Although the guides rotated over the three days, each guide was quite responsible, and their explanations and commentary along the way were very thorough. Additionally, the aurora experience included in the itinerary was a free bonus. Before departing, we asked customer service and were informed that it would only be arranged if the aurora index reached 5 that night, so it wasn't guaranteed that we would see it. We originally approached it with a relaxed mindset. Fortunately, the aurora index reached 5 during the days we were there. Although it wasn't very clear due to weather and other factors, we did succeed in chasing the aurora. For tourists who find it inconvenient to drive for various reasons, choosing this tour group is a pretty good option.
