Jim was amazing! He messaged me for the location and made sure I had all my questions answered before the tour. Jim also gave tips on how to prepare for the tour and what to expect. Jim was lovely to be around. He had so much knowledge about the history and culture. Jim also gave us some treats and made the tour relaxing and fun! Highly recommend!

Akiko is a wonderful guide and person!! She showed us the famous spots of Tokyo but also small undervisited neighborhoods that were beautiful. Her English was excellent and she was patient and adaptable. recommend 100%

My tour guide is Naoko. She responded promptly via email and WhatsApp. She confirmed our meeting place and arranged for two taxis to the auction area. One of my children vomited during the ride, and she was very patient. She spoke to the driver, and we paid extra for the cleaning. She shared a lot with my parents during the day trip. I highly recommend her as your guide if you are going there. She communicated in English! Thank you for being our tour guide.

We had a fantastic time with Rie (not Rei)! She took us to places frequented by locals and to the best spots, especially the tuna restaurant next to Sushizanmai (best tuna sashimi!) and the sake tasting. You only pay for the food you want to try; she will simply recommend the best options. :-D
