This tour was the perfect way to begin our journey in Japan. Eriko is an exceptional guide with outstanding knowledge of Japanese history and culture. Visiting temples with her completely changed the experience — she explained the meaning behind each ritual, the symbolism, and the stories behind every corner, allowing us to appreciate these sacred places with proper understanding and respect. It made everything far more meaningful. Beyond her expertise, Eriko is incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. She offered excellent recommendations for food and shopping, always aligned with our interests. Her warmth and professionalism made the day smooth, enriching, and truly memorable. Highly recommended tour if you want to visit all Tokyo highlights without a hassle. Even if it's my second time in Tokyo, I booked this tour. Truly enjoyed every bit of it. Our guide, Levin, is the best! He gives useful and interesting information, while being very humorous and entertaining. He also volunteers to take our photos and assists all of us in our needs. We had two great tour guides, but unfortunately we forgot their names. It was a great mixture of sightseeing with background information and the opportunity to drive around with some locals. We had a really nice talk with each other and, of course, learned something about the city and the buildings. We booked the night ride and we can recommend it. We started at Yoyogi Park at the clock tower and had a nice ride through the city, passing through the most famous places like Shibuya and to the Tokyo Tower, etc. We ended at Tokyo Station. And the time was perfect. It began at 5:45 PM until 7:45 PM/8:00 PM. After that, we had enough time to have dinner. Our guides told us that the evening tour is less booked, so it often happens that there are not many people in your group. We were two people, so we had kind of a private tour, which was really nice. Maybe the owners can write the names of the two guides, because they did a really good job. We had our evening tour on September 27th, 2025.

Our guide was incredibly sweet and accommodating, especially with our group's many delays and dietary restrictions. He was able to lead us through the very chaotic Takeshita street so we weren't too overwhelmed, though note that as a tourist spot many shopkeepers actually have decent English proficiency. If you spend some time ahead of visiting, it's definitely possible to explore the area on your own even if your Japanese is poor like ours. If we visit again, we'll likely go on our own with a better idea of what we want to see and without time constriction.

Kyoko is a friend we are glad to have in Tokyo. This is how good she is. Always accommodating and having our interests at heart. Kyoko answers every question we have and makes sure all the places we want to go are available by calling ahead. She even uses her own vouchers for our purchases so we can save some money. This is what someone who cares will do. She and the team even checked in and did research before our trip to ensure everything is smooth. I got to see some cool sights around Tokyo and Levin and Marine (our guides) were fantastic. They made the tour fun and were so knowledgeable about the history of Tokyo and the places we were visiting. The matcha gelato and the JFC lunch were delicious too. Would definitely recommend. I went as a solo traveller and made friends with a few other solo travellers on the tour which was a pleasant surprise.

This was genuinely one of the best experiences of our lives. Kei and Miguel were some of the best tour guides, and we had such a fun time. It was one of the best experiences of our Japan trip. We took many photos, and they were very funny and informative with their facts. I would highly recommend booking this with Kei and Miguel!!! We have been talking about this every single day since our experience, and it is genuinely one of the highlights of our Japan trip. We will never forget this experience.
