Hotéis em Shah Alam

the hotel was so gooodd, have designated parking lot for the guest, you dont have to worry to park your car at where. the food was so goood, variety of choices, the staff greet you well.

the hotel & food overall is good. But surrounding at midnight too noisy because of the street racer. maybe can do something so that all customers can sleep well.

This was my first time booking a hotel using Klook, and it was seriously worth it because the prices are much cheaper and there are so many discounts! Actually, I booked the Concorde Hotel Shah Alam specifically to surprise my wife for her birthday. When booking, I made a special request asking them to place a greeting card with my wife's name on it. But the hotel staff were so nice, they even treated us to a slice of birthday cake! There was just a funny moment during check-in though... The staff asked right in front of us: "For your special request, would you like us to send it up now?" Even though my wife was standing right next to me and just smiled shyly! Hahaha, the surprise was spoiled early. But that's okay, as long as she's happy, I'm happy!

Best hotel ever 👍👍👍 Truly Hilton. Room price is really affordable at 200+ Upon arrival during check in, staff came to serve welcome drink. Everyone greets us with smile. Pool is great with mini waterpark for kids. Room is really spacious, has Japanese vibe. Afternoon tea set starts at 12pm so its convenient for us. We even get 50% for the set.

A localização do hotel é excelente, fica a apenas 1 minuto a pé do shopping Central I, e os funcionários são muito gentis. Ela nos deu biscoitos durante o processo de check-in.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Very beautiful. All the dining places were convenient, including restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you needed to buy, like groceries or food, was nearby. Want to buy nasi lemak? There's plenty of easy-to-find food all around. Day, night, morning, evening, there were no issues with food. Everything was great.

The room was great and we were happy with our stay. However, the instructions to find the receptionist section were quite confusing. It would be helpful to update the instructions to make them clearer and easier for future guests to follow.
