I knew it was close to Disneyland Park, but once you cross the pedestrian crossing, you're already on Disney property, so access was more convenient than staying at an official hotel. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. I understood that they wouldn't clean or change towels daily, but on the third day, I ran out of towels, so I called to request a refill, and they immediately brought a day's worth. On the fourth day, I would run out of towels again, so before heading to the park, I handed a note to the front desk requesting "new towel replenishment, trash can emptying, and replacement of the broken TV remote." When I returned to the room in the evening, I was relieved to find that the requested tasks had been completed. There's a convenience store on the first floor that sold drinks for less than half the price of what they cost in the park, so I used it. Even at night, there were many people around, so I felt safe returning to the hotel from the park and enjoyed a comfortable stay.

The hotel's advantage is really its proximity to Disneyland, but you can see that the hotel is getting old. The room interior is very simple. The room type we stayed in did not have a bathtub. I think the hot and cold water system in the faucet is a bit slow, going from cold to hot quickly. The toilet didn't have a bidet. I think the advantage is that when you're tired, you can walk about 10 minutes to get back to the hotel to rest. But the room is on the pricier side ~ next time I should consider another hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights to go to the park. It's less than a 10-minute walk. You can safely return even if you play late. The staff are kind, and the park is close, so I'm satisfied. While some parts of the room show their age, it's not an issue considering the price. There's a pizza place inside the building, and it's also very delicious! I'd like to stay again.

This hotel is a must-stay for Pixar fans! It was very clean, and all the staff were wonderful and helpful. I was also thrilled to meet the very popular Bing Bong!🩷

I was very excited to see the 70th-anniversary decorations. Both the interior and exterior were beautiful, truly befitting a Disneyland Hotel. It's also close to the park, so when I was tired, I went back to the hotel to rest. Although it's quite expensive, I felt it was worth the money.

I stayed for two nights and wanted housekeeping to clean the room, but when I returned after 4 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned. It seemed like they were just a couple of doors down, and I would have appreciated at least a towel exchange, but that didn't happen either. Since there were two of each, I managed, but there was no complimentary water service, so I started to think a better hotel might have been preferable. However, the location is good; I could walk back alone even past midnight, so perhaps it's a trade-off. If it were further away, walking alone might be risky, but because it's close, there were many people walking around even late at night, so it felt safe. It's a bit old, but the cleaning is thorough. It would have been helpful if they had told me the room was in the other building, as I got very lost at first.
