transport access: close to dining areas cleanliness: rooms are clean and fragrant service: excellent service breakfast: delicious food, worth it

Location is perfect. 10 mins drive to SM Clark. Facilities are great except pool was under renovation during our stay. Will still book next time. Value for money. Breakfast buffet was good 😍

If you're planning a trip book a room in this hotel because it's the cheapest but you'll receive good service.

Super nice room and big bed, heated bathroom seat! Friendly and approachable staff.

hotel location: perfect. quiet location cleanliness: excellent service: impeccable. breakfast: i didnt try it but they have restaurants within the hotel. the japanese resto was superb. try it!

We stayed here because I know our toddler will enjoy the amenities. My husband and I are so happy that our son did enjoy our 3 day - 2 night stay here at The Mansion. The location is near to attractions and restaurants around Clark. It has spacious parking lot and recreation area. One bummer tho was one of their attendants. We requestion for a “full set of towels” to be replaced. When he came, he only had 1 bathroom towel, so my husband said “Oh, isa lang yan boss?” Then this arrogant man answered “oo, hindi niyo naman sinabi kung ilan”. Lucky him we were in a good mood otherwise, he will have a good lecturing from my husband. With his attitude, he should definitely not be allowed near guests. Overall, everything’s good.

our weekend stay was the best. hotel is near korean supermarket and other attactions at Clark Angeles. Condo is very clean and the staff are all nice and helpful. cleaned our room and provided clean towels. all are new in this hotel.
