First, the breakfast buffet was superb and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The place is serene and beautiful and location is very good and near popular establishments near Clark. Overall, very highly recommended.

The room was just too hot. The AC couldn't cool it down when the weather was extremely hot, so in the afternoon after we checked in, it was super hot and we couldn't relax much. But they did lend us an electric fan. The staff is super accommodating and kind. At the sunset restaurant, there were too many flies, which was distracting for those eating. Service:

One of the best hotels in Clark Pampanga. They room comes with great inclusions such as welcome snacks in their cafe and welcome drinks in their bar. Value for money and highly recommended.

There were lot of flies around the property, even during the breakfast, which made it quite uncomfortable. Our VIP Villa room was located at the back of the kitchen so we constantly experienced food smells drifting in. We enjoy only the room and pool after the kitchen was closed at 10pm. Overall, the ambience is nice and has relaxing vibe.

Check in was a breeze . what's cool is that they have an ice dispenser and water dispenser at the common area. love the ice especially on this hot weather
