Traslados Vaclav Havel Airport

I received the driver's assignment information the day before departure, and even though I was notified of a driver change in the middle, I was on the plane so I only found out when I arrived at the airport. After landing at Václav Havel Airport, the driver called while I was collecting my baggage, but I missed the call and texted that I was still getting my bags. My luggage took longer than expected, so when I went to the designated meeting spot, the driver wasn't there. I texted again to ask where they were and looked around for someone holding a sign with my name, but after waiting a long time, no one was in sight. Feeling very anxious and wondering how I would get to the hotel, I asked a Korean person who was able to make phone calls to call the driver for me, but unfortunately, it said the line was busy, so the call didn't go through and they left. Just as I was about to give up, the driver arrived. Having the driver's photo in the information sent by Klook was really helpful. As it turned out, my text message never reached the driver, and the driver had also waited and sent me a text because I wasn't coming out, but it didn't reach me, which caused us to miss each other. It was a female driver, and seeing me on the verge of tears, she told me it was okay, confirmed my name and hotel, and safely took me to my destination. We met later than expected, and since it happened to coincide with rush hour, the traffic was so heavy that what should have been a less-than-30-minute drive took about an hour. Seeing that I was tired, the driver handed me a bottle of water, pointed out the passing trams outside to explain what they were, and explained how many more minutes it would take based on the current time due to the traffic. Despite the initial mix-up, I was very satisfied with the driver's service. Thank you.

Thank you for arriving on time and for your kind service.

It was much cheaper than other sites, and the service was very friendly.
