It's a bit far from the city center, but the pick-up was punctual, and it took about 10-15 minutes by tuk-tuk. Initially, I didn't notice the spa had sent an email, and it was only when customer service reminded me that I found it, which prevented both sides from waiting unnecessarily. The environment is excellent, and the reception staff are very friendly. There are three massage intensity options to choose from, and you can change them at any time. Upon arrival, there was a welcome drink and snacks, and after the massage, there were also drinks and snacks. They also sell items like soap, massage oil, and lotion on-site. I took my parents, and they were both very satisfied; the massage was very comfortable, and it was quite an enjoyable experience.

They first test the pressure, then proceed with the massage. Everything is fine in Japanese, so it's easy. Of course, you can also take a shower, and there's a place to dry your hair with a hairdryer, which was comfortable. The price might be a bit high, though.

It was a wonderful experience! First, the hotel offers tuk-tuk pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient. The atmosphere is excellent, and it proceeds with a welcome drink, counseling, foot bath, massage... I was very grateful that they could accommodate me in Japanese, which made it very comfortable (it felt like receiving Japanese service, and I apologize for forgetting to tip...). You can't get this level of service at this price in Japan, so I highly recommend it for relieving travel fatigue! I also received the counseling results, and based on those, I purchased cosmetics from Kruk Khmer. I definitely want to go again :)

I was initially worried that the reviews were fake, but upon arriving, I found that all the reviews were true. The style is elegant and refined, bright and comfortable, and from reception to completion, it made people feel warm and at ease. The only minor drawback is probably the massage technique, which still needs improvement.

I used this service on my last day to soothe the fatigue from walking around the Siem Reap ruins. While it's a bit expensive compared to local prices, I believe the service and atmosphere are well worth it. For the return trip, they provided a tuk-tuk to take me to the airport bus stop.
