We were late for the departure time. The staff were kind enough to ask other passengers to exchange tickets with us, so they could go earlier and we could go on another bus 30 minutes later. Thanks to the staff and the passenger who exchanged tickets with us :)
It's a nice experience. If you go to the terminal, you will go to window 15 to redeem your QR code. You will get a physical ticket in exchange. Just go to the bus and wait to depart. The bus was comfortable for 2 hours of sleep and smooth travel.
Buying tickets directly at the counter is cheaper, but booking on Klook is faster, more convenient, and guarantees you a seat. The counter is located near the entrance, it's the last one. After getting your ticket, you can go outside and find the bus. It's easy to find.
The shared city transfer between Pattaya and Bangkok booked through Klook was very convenient and well-organized. It was great not having to wait in long lines to get a ticket. However, the advertised free baggage allowance wasn’t provided, and I had to pay 20 THB for my luggage. Aside from that, everything else was smooth, and the journey was comfortable. A good option for hassle-free travel!
