I took a trip back to BKK. I booked for 8pm but I arrived at the counter around 7.56pm. There were people queuing for Pattaya-Ekkamai but you can look for the available counter and show staff the voucher (otherwise you might miss the bus🤣). It really saved time here because the route from Pattaya is always busy and the next round if you book at the counter is 9.40pm😧. Most importantly, the counter only accepts cash and you cannot choose your preferred departure time. The bus departed and arrived on time. Redemption guide: Go to the Ekkamai counter or you can look for an available counter and show staff the voucher.

Smooth and efficient transfer to Pattaya from Bangkok. However, I have observed that the ticket price is only 137 Baht, which is much less than the Klook price. If you want to get it cheaper and be more flexible with your plans, you can just get your tickets directly at the terminal. Buses are scheduled to leave every 20 minutes. I would only recommend advance booking if your trip is during a peak period.

On the day we traveled, we took the 12:30 PM bus. We redeemed our tickets around 12:00 PM, and by about 12:15 PM, staff guided everyone outside to wait for the large bus. This was because they still needed to check passengers' tickets, attach luggage tags, and load luggage. Drinks are not allowed on the bus. Each person has a comfortable, large seat to rest and sleep. After arriving at the Pattaya bus station, you will need to transfer to a minivan to reach your respective hotels. This is suitable for 1-3 travelers who don't want to drive or charter a car, saving on travel expenses. If it's a family trip with four or more people, it's recommended to charter a car for more comfort.
