The hydro pool massage is very powerful and extremely comfortable. There's also a hot spring pool for soaking, offering high privacy. A swimsuit dryer is available to dry your swimwear, which is very thoughtful. I'm very satisfied! 👍💕

I used the Element of Life Royal Touch and it was conducted in a dedicated Element of Life room. Although it wasn't an oil massage, it was a deeply healing experience. Every detail, from the warm bed and singing bowl therapy to the rose water mist, was meticulously prepared. The therapist was incredibly kind, and the pressure and touch of the massage were just right, leaving me very satisfied. However, I felt the price was set too high, and it's a shame that there's no pick-up service despite its location near the Ping River. Additionally, it would be great if the massage description on Klook were more detailed.

This program is excellent value for money. You get hydrotherapy, onsen, and sauna all in one course. The staff are friendly and provide guidance throughout the course. The water system is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing and private. Highly recommended! ;)

I emailed for pick up and originally they were fine but when I changed it to a mall they said it’s outside of the 5km radius for pick up even though I checked on Google maps it isn’t. We picked the Ayurvedic hideaway which includes an Indian head massage and hot oil on head. The therapist was friendly but she forgot to put the eye cover on my husband’s eyes until only halfway and he had gotten a bit of oil in his eyes. My therapist oddly starts pulling my hair from one end to the other and it hurt. Also even though I had asked for medium strength I had to keep telling her stronger. Her pressure was so mild that it felt like she was just wiping oil on me and no massage. When it ended, she took more than 5 mins to tidy up and it was awkward as we were waiting for her to leave so we could shower. They also told us we had to wait 20minutes for the car for drop off even though I had specifically asked for a drop off beforehand. The spa is expensive and not worth it. Very disappointed

The price is a bit high, but the service is excellent. I fell asleep after only a few chimes of the singing bowl. I had a similar experience at another place a few days ago, but I feel the massage here is much better value for money. The mango sticky rice and ginger tea at the end were delicious.

The massage services are excellent. Not too rough, and the pressure is just right. They serve ginger tea and mango sticky rice at the end.

The environment is beautiful, the masseuse's technique is excellent, and the pressure is just right. The sound frequency of the singing bowls brings peace and joy to the mind and body, with vibrations resonating throughout. It was a wonderful experience.
