Ordering a birthday cake through Klook offers a discount and is very convenient. The birthday cake was delicious. The hotel staff contacted me by phone the day after placing the order to confirm and ask if I wanted a birthday message written, which I was very satisfied with.

The cake was delicious, and the shortbread remained crispy even after a few hours. The sweetness of the fruit was perfectly balanced. However, I personally think the presentation could be improved; adding a few pieces of fruit on top would make it less plain and also show what fruits are included. Additionally, for takeaway orders, more cardboard inserts should be used to secure the cake. Currently, it relies solely on the cream to hold it in place, which isn't stable enough, causing a slight shift. The price is reasonable and offers good value for money.

The customer service was very polite, proactively calling after the order to ask if a chocolate plaque was needed and what message to write. The cake was delicious and beautiful, and the fruit was fresh. Highly recommended.

The chocolate flavor of this cake is very strong, with not much Earl Grey tea taste. It can get a bit rich after a few bites, but overall it's not bad. The chocolate decoration on top is exquisite. The service was also excellent.
