The staff were amazing and very helpful. My only feedback is to provide clearer information on the availability of private transport options from the mainland and to show how many dives can be done daily. We would have stayed another night had we known how easy it was to get to and from the island with private transport.

The activity was terrible. The dive shop is a rogue operator. The Klook order stated the meeting time was 05:45. When I arrived, the dive shop wasn't open yet. I saw someone sitting on the balcony of the house above the dive shop, sunbathing, who must have been the owner. I called down to ask, and he said they only depart for diving at 08:30 and told me to come back at 07:45. When I returned at 07:45, the staff told me the boat was full and I couldn't dive. I had paid for the diving activity a month and a half ago. Shouldn't paying guarantee me a spot?! The staff said he sent me an email the previous day at 2 PM for equipment fitting. I only opened my email at 1 PM and didn't check again because there were no new emails, until I woke up at 4 AM to prepare for diving and found the email. I replied, but no one responded. The staff even said that I filled out my information in Chinese when booking on Klook, which he couldn't understand, so he wouldn't bother with me. I told him I came specifically to dive, and if he didn't let me, it would ruin my trip, as I had to leave after today. He said to wait for his boss to return in an hour to discuss it. I had already waited from 05:45 to 07:45, two hours, and he wanted me to wait another hour, by which time the dive boat would have already left! What would I dive then?! In the end, I didn't wait. I went back to ask Klook for a refund and to complain about that rogue dive shop. But two days have passed, and Klook still hasn't responded about whether I can get a refund.
