It was truly a memorable time with my kids. We've been to New Zealand, Kuala Lumpur, and now Busan. I think Busan has the most expert and longest courses. Highly recommend to all who have the time and enjoy karting.

I happened to catch a Klook special where 4 tickets were cheaper than 2! Before going, I thought 4 times might be a bit much, but since I'd break even after 2 rides, I figured I could just give the remaining rides to someone else if I didn't use them. Turns out, I couldn't stop playing – even an 80-year-old was still wanting more! When exchanging your voucher for tickets at the counter, everyone who wants to play must be present for the staff to verify, so it's more convenient if you can all queue together. After getting your tickets, you can enter the building, go through the back door to the lockers at the back to store your bags (I recommend putting backpacks and similar items in to avoid affecting your experience). If you have a cane or something that doesn't fit in the locker, you can check it at the counter inside the building (₩4000/4hr). Then, you can go back to the area next to the ticket counter to choose and put on a suitable helmet, and then head to the boarding area next to it to take the lift up and start your scooter experience! This time, I got to play on all four routes and had a blast! The route on the right initially has more curves, so you can try the left route first to get familiar with the driving technique, then go to the right for the thrill of cornering! Since the rides are accumulated on the same ticket, be careful not to lose it during your play! After your last ride, don't rush to return your helmet. You can go inside the building and use the barcode on your helmet to view photos taken during your ride. If you like any, you can purchase them at the counter to preserve those happy memories!

We were able to buy a ticket through Klook Pass Busan and use it for the following day. We just changed the ticket for a physical ticket at the ticketing booth and we were able to go twice! Sad that there were only 2 route options since the Wind and Marine routes were closed due to maintenance but overall experience was smooth and great!

We had a fantastic time on the luge and the discount through Klook was good and cheaper than on-site. There are four different courses so getting the 4-ride package was ideal. It was easy to redeem the ticket but you do have to queue. It got very busy after 12 PM so I would recommend arriving early. Great for adults and children, although it can be difficult for younger ones as you have to be fairly strong to hold on. Young children can ride with an adult. The chair lift was also fun!

A very good experience riding the luge. Reach early to avoid the large crowd. It would be good if there is no need to change to a physical ticket at the counter. Had to queue just for ticket exchange. overall good experience.

Went around 11:30 AM on Sunday, and queues for each ride were about 5-10 minutes. There are a total of 4 tracks with gentle slopes. Good view of Lotte World and Lotte Premium Outlets from the chairlift.

It's really fun! The first time I played twice wasn't enough, the second time I played four times still wasn't enough, so the third time I decided to play eight times. Staying here all day is no problem! Price: Buy here. Facilities: Has everything it should. Convenience of booking with Klook: Average. Service: Very good. Experience: Excellent.

Klook is cheaper than buying onsite or through the official online platform. However, we had to queue at the ticketing line to exchange the Klook voucher for physical tickets. The queue for the Skyride (chairlift) to get up to ride the Luge down is perpetually long. So, even though we bought tickets for 5 rides for 4 people, we gave up after 3-4 rides. Considering we've already done it in Sentosa Singapore, the downhill courses are only so-so, and it's not worth queuing so many times for.
