A very good experience riding the luge. Reach early to avoid the large crowd. It would be good if there is no need to change to a physical ticket at the counter. Had to queue just for ticket exchange. overall good experience.

We were able to buy a ticket through Klook Pass Busan and use it for the following day. We just changed the ticket for a physical ticket at the ticketing booth and we were able to go twice! Sad that there were only 2 route options since the Wind and Marine routes were closed due to maintenance but overall experience was smooth and great!

Although it was the rainy season, I bought tickets in advance with the peace of mind that I could cancel. Since it didn't rain, I took express bus 1001 from Busan Station directly to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and got off there. The luge track is right in front. I presented the QR code at the entrance and exchanged it for tickets smoothly. After putting on a helmet, I took the lift up. Although there were no staff members who spoke Japanese, they politely explained how to ride using a Japanese instruction manual. Once the explanation is finished, a stamp is placed on the back of your right hand, so for subsequent rides, you can show it for a smooth experience. If you choose the right course, the code on your helmet is automatically recognized, and in addition to photos, videos are also taken, which you can purchase if you like. I bought only the video for 10,000 won. It became a wonderful memory of my trip.

It was really, really fun. I didn't expect the view to be so great. During every ride, a photograph and video will be taken. It is optional to purchase, with the option to select a digital copy or a printed copy. Digital is cheaper and better.

It was truly a memorable time with my kids. We've been to New Zealand, Kuala Lumpur, and now Busan. I think Busan has the most expert and longest courses. Highly recommend to all who have the time and enjoy karting.

Went around 11:30 AM on Sunday, and queues for each ride were about 5-10 minutes. There are a total of 4 tracks with gentle slopes. Good view of Lotte World and Lotte Premium Outlets from the chairlift.
