The hotel offers great value for money. There's a shopping mall and playground nearby, making it suitable for families. The rooms are spacious, and the pillows and beds are comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

The room is large, neat, and clean. The buffet offers oysters, lobster 🦞, turkey, lamb chops, and unlimited red and white wine. The location is lively yet quiet!

Driving north from Hong Kong, it took almost two hours. Honestly, the buffet was just so-so, only good for a quick meal. But there's a huge shopping mall nearby, and downstairs there's a park and massage services. Basically, it has everything, and you can even charge your devices. For this price, you can't ask for more.

The 5-star hotel boasts a beautiful environment, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy. Although the buffet doesn't offer a wide variety of choices, the food quality is excellent. We were celebrating a family birthday, and I made a last-minute request to the restaurant manager for a small cake. Despite the short notice, he went above and beyond to arrange it perfectly. The service was exceptionally friendly and the hotel is superb.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There's a children's park nearby where many parents take their kids to play. Across from the children's park is Wanminhui, which offers a good selection of restaurants. In the evening, we had a buffet at the hotel; the restaurant environment was comfortable. The Thai shrimp cakes, thin pancakes, Chinese soup, pumpkin soup, and desserts tasted good, and the fruit was very fresh. However, the taste of the meat dishes could be improved. The next day, after breakfast and a short rest, we went to the gym for a workout. There are various machines available to exercise different parts of the body.

The biggest issue with the hotel was the buffet dinner. When checking in, the staff told us the buffet dinner was from 6 PM to 9 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant at 5:50 PM, we were asked to come back at 7 PM, being told there were no available tables. However, we saw many empty tables inside the restaurant, and some people had already started eating the buffet before 6 PM. We noticed a hundred-day banquet setup at the restaurant entrance and were told by the staff that the empty tables were already reserved. We were very dissatisfied because the buffet time was clearly from 6 PM to 9 PM, so why were we asked to start at 7 PM? It's impossible for a large group's buffet dinner to be overbooked beyond its capacity unless two seating times were arranged from the start when booking. After complaining for a while, the staff eventually gave us a table, but the overall experience had already made us very unhappy. We hope the restaurant can make improvements.

Overall, it was okay, and the service was good. It was a pleasant trip, but we had to wait half an hour to check in.
