Our experience with this booking was excellent, right from the start. The process was seamless, from making the reservation to being contacted by the agency for important details. BellaTurca Travel, the agency we booked through, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. They handled everything for us—car transfers (hotel to airport and vice versa for Istanbul-Cappadocia), flight tickets, and the tour itinerary. All we had to bring were our belongings and ourselves! The car transfers were smooth and well-organized, and the tour guides were exceptional. They shared the history of the places in an engaging way and even added their personal insights, leaving it up to us to interpret and believe as we wished. The guides were helpful in every way, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel we stayed at, **Caverna Suite Hotel**, was absolutely stunning and luxurious. We were lucky enough to be upgraded for free, thanks to the agency, to a room with a jacuzzi! Of course, we made the most of it during our overnight stay. The hotel staff were fantastic—Yigit at check-in was extremely helpful with our questions and needs, Miraj (or Miras, if I recall correctly) at reception the next day was equally attentive, and Hulya, the cook, prepared a delicious Turkish breakfast as part of our package. The dishes were outstanding. Miraj also mentioned the hotel is just a year old, but it felt like a 5-star experience to us, especially with the added bonus of watching hot air balloons from the balcony when the weather allowed. The only disappointment in our trip was not being able to ride in a hot air balloon due to weather conditions, as aviation authorities didn’t permit flights. However, this didn’t take away from the fantastic experience overall. I highly recommend BellaTurca Travel and the entire package they offer thru klook—it was well-organized from beginning to end. Thumbs up to them for creating such a memorable trip for us!

The two-day, one-night local tour had an incredibly professional and dedicated guide who perfectly combined historical and cultural knowledge with the tourist attractions. The only minor drawback was that a shopping trip was still arranged each day. Although no one in our group ended up buying anything, the sales tactics still created a lot of pressure.

Enjoy the tour. The guide was nice, but it was a bit tiring due to the hot weather.

This was a great experience. Communication from the start of the experience was really good, and the itinerary was jam packed, but it was great to see so many things. The tour guides were very knowledgeable. I also did the hot air balloon experience and would absolutely recommend- 10/10 experience!! Overall, would recommend this tour to everyone! Thankyou!

The itinerary was fun, compact but very exciting. It was great! The tour leader was also very nice, the food was delicious, the small group wasn't crowded, and the bus was comfortable.

I participated in this tour during my trip to Istanbul. Before I share my impressions of the tour itself, I first want to express how wonderful the service from the co-owner and operations manager of bellaturca.com, the tour organizer, was. The tour covered almost all the major sights in Göreme over two days, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour guide was friendly, and I was very satisfied with the Turkish lunch. If I had to mention one regret, it would be my lack of English skills (laughs). I chose the optional hot air balloon tour early the next morning, which is an absolute must-do when you come to Cappadocia, and I highly recommend it to others based on my own experience. Regarding the tour price, I'm not sure what the standard is, but I booked through Klook and it made for a great memory.

We had to get up very very early to catch a flight from Istanbul domestic airport for Kayseri - Cappadocia. Transfers from airport to tours were good. Transport was good. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do the balloon flight as the weather was not good. The tours were a bit hectic as we did the second-day itinerary first as we landed. Would have preferred to freshen up first and start the tour. I guess this itinerary must be done on a 3-day basis, allowing you to get around the streets on your own. Our guide Umarsh, pronounced as Omar (I hope I’ve not wrongly written his name), was just wonderful and fantastic. Overall, it was a good experience, except we missed the balloon flight. Maybe we will go around August next year now. Thank you, Klook!

The tour itinerary was good, but what disappointed us was the hotel arranged by the tour agency. They never arranged a luxury cave suite for us because all the cave hotels were full. Our hotel was small and not a luxury type, unlike the others. We hope next time they can be more careful when arranging hotels and ensure it is the same as the photo shown in the itinerary.
