Wadi Shab e Bimmah Sinkhole

Acabo de completar la excursión de un día a Wadi Shab reservada a través de Klook, ¡y fue absolutamente increíble! Toda la experiencia superó mis expectativas de principio a fin. El trayecto en coche desde Mascate hasta Wadi Shab fue pintoresco y cómodo. Lo más destacado fue la caminata de 40 minutos a través del impresionante cañón, donde cada paso revelaba una belleza natural impresionante. El sendero es una mezcla perfecta de senderismo y natación a través de piscinas de aguas cristalinas, que culmina al llegar a una mágica cascada dentro de una cueva. Nadar en esas aguas frescas fue refrescante e inolvidable.

We loved the trip. Abdullah was very patient and had great time management allowing us to beat the crowds and the heat. Highly recommend wearing proper footwear as the path can be very slippery especially when you start swimming.

Wadi Shab is considered the number one tour in Oman, and for good reason. Given the price, they provide very friendly guidance from the day before, including detailed information about pickup. You can comfortably sleep during the drive, and upon arrival at Wadi Shab, they lend you life jackets before you enter. First, the guide moves with the group and takes good care of everyone, which was great. There were older people and relatively younger people, and it was impressive how the guide accommodated everyone appropriately during the tour. Additionally, if you can't swim, you absolutely cannot go. Even with a tube, you need to be able to swim on your own or have someone there to help you. When you reach the very end, it's not like it's incredibly amazing or super great! It's just the fun of swimming in a wonderful landscape. That's Wadi Shab. However, the sinkhole is just a sinkhole, nothing more. Moreover, those who were already tired from Wadi Shab just took photos at the sinkhole and returned. Lunch is included, and both the quantity and taste are quite good. Conclusion: It was a sufficiently good tour that was worth the price.

Hiking difficulty: Very easy! And the scenery along the way is beautiful! Tour guide: I really liked our guide Rashid! He planned the itinerary clearly and reasonably, making sure we all had a great time. He's also very talkative and sincere, and takes care of everyone. A special thanks to Rashid for making this such a wonderful trip for us! Itinerary: The meals along the way were also very good, with local specialties. The fried chicken drumsticks were incredibly delicious!

To enter the cave at Wadi Shab, you need to hike for 30-40 minutes one way and then swim for about 20 minutes, so you should at least know how to swim. The water was deep, so if you're not an experienced swimmer, it's a good idea to rent a life jacket. After visiting Wadi Shab, everyone was tired, so we only took pictures at Bimmah Sinkhole before heading back, but it was a very unique landscape. The tour guide was excellent.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Abdulla was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about his work and the natural beauty of Oman. He provided clear instructions and ensured everyone in the group felt safe and comfortable throughout the hike.

This was an amazing and memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone coming here. I seriously did not expect this to be so much fun. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmood for guiding us throughout the tour. Oman is incredible!

The scenery was picturesque. I had a cold that day, and the tour guide was especially caring towards me, advising me not to rush. Although I didn't swim, the local scenery was truly beautiful.

Wadi Shab was a wonderful experience and our guide Abdallah was very helpful. it was a very scenic adventure of walking and swimming. while you can rent life jackets, it would be useful to have swim shoes too as the rocks get quite hot to walk on barefoot. overall, it was a memorable experience
