Beyond expectation. Kuya who served us was very attentive. The stay was worth it. Very accommodating. They just need to fix their restrooms for day tours, as there are no locks and no water. And they are not clean. The food is okay for a day tour, it's more than enough and the suman is delicious. We enjoyed ourselves.

Ang lugar ay perpekto para makapagpahinga at makapag-relax pagkatapos ng nakakapagod na linggo ng mga aktibidad at makapag-recharge para sa susunod na linggo. Maganda ang mga pasilidad. Masarap ang mga pagkaing inihanda. Ang mga staff ay madaling lapitan at mabait. Nakakuha pa kami ng libreng prutas mula sa kanilang mga puno (macopa, marang, mangga). Kayo na lang ang bahala sa staff na umakyat sa mga puno. :)

We enjoyed the place as if we were the only guests. It feels like you're in Bali with the designs and statues placed all over the place. Amenities were good and clean.

We used the voucher during the weekday. There were a lot of savings as the regular weekday rate is ₱1850, inclusive of buffet lunch and either a morning or afternoon snack. For seniors, I suggest paying directly at Cintai to avail of the senior discount. The rate for seniors on weekdays is ₱991.64, while on weekends it is ₱1354.89. Regarding the food, it's a simple menu without many options to choose from. However, it's enough to satisfy your hunger after swimming and exploring the area.

We booked through Klook and received a discount, paying P1650 instead of P1850 for the day tour. However, be careful when booking with Klook, as the weekday rate is only P1350 if you book directly with Cintai. Their messenger is responsive, but they don't answer questions individually. I had to call them to clarify something. Regarding registration, the crew could be a little friendlier, but the guide was very helpful in taking our family pictures and giving us a tour of the place. The day tour runs from 8 AM to 5 PM. A morning snack (suman with choco dip) is served at 10 AM, lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM, and an afternoon snack (pansit and bread) at 3 PM. I think the suman portion is too large for a single serving; we had to take some leftovers home. The pansit portion was just right, and my family also enjoyed it. For the buffet lunch, we had pumpkin soup, salad, bread, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, and cream puffs. It was actually satisfying; we were even able to go back for a second round 😅. The place is generally very relaxing, but there was another group that was too loud. Aside from the nice setup, they also have bird cages with eagles and peacocks. The pools (3ft, 5-6ft) – one is clear, and one is a bit murky and also a bit warm. Parking is also spacious. It's possible to dine in the restaurant (without swimming) and still tour the place. Breakfast is P400+, and lunch is P700+ (weekend rate). Will I go again? Yes, but probably on a weekday when it's cheaper and less crowded. It's best for first-time visitors.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The package offers great value for money. Our lunch was also upgraded to a buffet free of charge. Good food, good service, very nice place! We will definitely visit again.

The resort was nice! It was huge and yet there are a lot of ig-worthy spots inside. We are the only ones on day tour (i think) since we are the only ones using the pools and roaming around. The food was great too! And the staff are all polite and very accommodating.

It is a nice place with good food. Social distancing was observed at all times considering that the property is too wide. Highly recommended.
