Our tour guide, Xiao Zhou, was very friendly and professional, especially when it came to taking photos for us. Everyone looked like an internet celebrity in the pictures she took. I'd give her a thousand thumbs up! 👍 The only downside was that the roller coaster stairs were temporarily under maintenance. The travel agency should have done their homework before organizing the trip. It was very disappointing for everyone to travel so far only to find out they couldn't go on it.

Thank you to our guides Kari & Jieun for the thoughtful tour! They were very enthusiastic and friendly, and even helped us take beautiful photos! The tour bus was also very comfortable, and we visited the beautiful Ice Valley and SkyWalk. We had a very enjoyable day!

We were the only two Hong Kong participants in last week's tour led by Kari and Jieun. Kari had already sent us a reminder about the meeting point the day before. Even though we didn't eat at the same restaurant as the group, the first thing she asked when we boarded the bus for lunch was if we had eaten enough, which was incredibly thoughtful! ❤️ I especially want to commend Jieun, who speaks English exceptionally well despite never having studied abroad. She was the only one in the team who applied to be an English guide, and she explained all the tourist information perfectly, exactly matching Kari's Chinese explanations. Also, perhaps because Jieun majored in photography, the photos she took were truly beautiful and atmospheric. And I was sincerely grateful that she kept complimenting my Korean, even though I've never formally learned it! ❤️ Thank you both for creating such wonderful memories for me and my best friend 📸

This was my first time booking a one-day private tour. Thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Zhou, for the enthusiastic and thoughtful service, and thank you to the driver for helping us create special memories. We had a wonderful day! 😁 I'd love to explore other attractions next time.

The tour had two guides, one Chinese-speaking and one English-speaking. Both guides were excellent and very dedicated. The entire group of over 30 people was full. There was an optional self-paid lunch at noon. The ice valley was quite spectacular and well worth a visit.

Gyeongju is truly beautiful, and I even took photos like Lee Min-ho! 🤣 Our tour guide this time was Xiaoxue ❄️, who told us many stories and helped us take lots of pictures. Although we were informed the day before departure that we couldn't go to the National Healing Park, I originally wanted to see the ice there 🥲🥲🥲🥲, which was unfortunately canceled. We went to Donggung Palace and Woljeong Bridge instead, but we still saw the lake frozen over (so it was a happy ending??). Finally, on the way back, Xiaoxue recommended over 40 of her private favorite shops, which was truly touching. Coming to Busan for the first time, I really needed an expert's guidance! 😍 Highly recommend!

Our guide, Kari, was fantastic and looked after every tourist! The Ice Valley was beautiful, the spacewalk was very special, and the Sunrise Platform and the filming location for Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha were just average. However, the main benefit of this tour is the convenient transportation; the driver was very steady, and no one got carsick 👍 Overall, it was really great!

Our tour guide, Kari, was excellent. She took photos for everyone for about 30 minutes in the bitter cold, and her hands were red from the freezing temperatures. She even guided us on how to pose, which was very professional! The pick-up and drop-off arrangements were convenient and punctual! However, the attractions were a bit overrated, and all the tour members returned to the bus much earlier than scheduled to wait…

I highly recommend this tour! The Ice Valley is beautiful, and the roasted pork lunch next to Gongjeon Market was delicious. Our guide, Kari, was very attentive and took great care of us, explaining a lot about Korean culture and characteristics. 100 points! Although the drive was long, there were rest stops for refreshments and restrooms, so even seniors don't need to worry.
