My tour was also with Florence. She spoke slowly and expressively, making it easy to understand even for someone not good at English. It was very windy and cold on top of the Eiffel Tower, even though it was June! The audio guide was more useful once we were on the bus. We swayed along in the double-decker bus, circling Paris's famous sights. The view from a slightly higher perspective was different and very nice compared to walking. We were also able to climb the Eiffel Tower relatively smoothly, and since the bus tour was about 2 hours long, it felt like a great value.

The best tower in the world, built in only two years. It's worth seeing, but the queue is very long. No one likes to queue, but everything else is good.

Our guide Claudio was friendly, but it appeared to be a bit too challenging when managing different small groups of people. A bus ride should be included in our trip (after going up to the Eiffle first), too bad that the instructions were not clear enough and we ended up finding no one after coming down from the tower. It was really a pity as the weather was great that day, should be able to have a good look at paris at night if we were on a bus trip.

Although it was quick and convenient to enter the Eiffel Tower, the tour guide didn't pay much attention to the group members from the start, walked quite fast, and quickly finished explaining where to meet.

La visita a la Torre Eiffel fue fantástica y la vista desde la cima fue increíble. El tour en autobús por la ciudad de París fue una decepción. Las instrucciones para el traslado no se siguieron claramente y estuvimos parados bajo la lluvia esperando 20 minutos para tomar el autobús a las 10 de la noche. En el autobús, las gotas de lluvia se filtraban por el techo y los parabrisas del autobús estaban empañados, por lo que no pudimos ver nada durante el tour nocturno. Renunciamos al tour y le pedimos al personal del tour y al conductor del autobús que nos dejaran unos cinco minutos después de que comenzara el tour. ¡Qué final tan horrible para el tour combinado!

If you are okay with wasting a day, you can take this package. Our booking was for the Eiffel Tower with summit access and a city tour. The booking showed 4:15 PM. Instructions were to arrive at 10:15 AM or 12:15 PM. We arrived at 10 AM, and the guide told us we should only come at 4 PM as the tour was after the Eiffel Tower at 7 PM. We had a dinner engagement at 7:30 PM. We contacted Klook and were told to submit it as a no-show since we were not able to do the tour, and they cannot refund partially. Also, the summit was closed, but tickets were sold to us as if it were open. We are waiting on a refund.
