I have registered for the tour on Klook and departed from Belfast Chichester Street. Unfortunately, the information provided is incorrect as the Top Shop is no longer there. Therefore, you must revise the online information, which created a poor customer experience, especially for tourists. Bad experience!!!

The museum is informative. The scenery is beautiful. The guide is interesting. However, the pick-up point was unclear, and because the bus was 10 minutes late, I thought I was in the wrong place. I suggest the tour operator could have sent a message to the participants to provide clearer instructions and also when they anticipated being late.

This tour took us to beautiful scenic areas which are all just amazing. We had the longest stop at Giant's Causeway which was so beautiful. We only spent very short times at the other stops.

Klook vouchers are very convenient for direct redemption, but the itinerary is quite rushed. We only stayed at the Giant's Causeway for a longer period. After receiving the Titanic Belfast tickets, you can choose to take a bus or leave on your own.

Titanic experience is superb. We hope we had more time in Dark Hedges.

The tour itself was good, but the main issue was the pick-up point. We went there a day before to the designated pick-up location. It took us an hour to find the Topshop, but according to the locals we asked, that shop had been closed for a long time. The next morning, on the day of the tour, we arrived very early, expecting the coach to be there, but the same thing happened; we were still looking for the Topshop, thinking we were in the wrong place. I believe you need to update your pick-up point in Belfast for future tours.
