As soon as you step out, you can directly explore the market, and then you can go cook. We were full after the first two dishes. The green curry chicken I cooked later was delicious, but I couldn't eat anymore, so I packed it with the mango sticky rice to eat back home. Outside is Charoenkrung Road, and there's also Prince Theatre Pork Congee. Eating a bowl of congee for breakfast might also be why I couldn't eat more. Teacher Sally worked in the US for five years and is fluent in English, but I wanted to practice Thai, so I spoke Thai the whole time... A happy morning.

I would give 6 stars if I could. It was worth every penny. The instructor was very knowledgeable and very nice. She even helped us find a taxi after the class, given that we couldn't speak Thai. Besides the cooking itself, we learned about the background of Thai food in relation to other Asian food. 100% recommended.

Very nice experience, even this is the third time to attend cooking class in Thailand, this one is the best out of all, the chef is warm and friendly. They treat us so well that even we were late for the class (quite late honestly 😝). Highly recommend to all!!

The Thai chef who taught us was very knowledgeable; we learned a lot from her, and her English was very fluent. It was easy to communicate with her. We enjoyed her class a lot!

The Shangri-La is very accessible from Saphan Taksin Station. I highly recommend it to those visiting Icon Siam and temples. They help you follow the class well and meticulously explain alternative ingredients you can use when making the dishes back in Korea. I recommend visiting on an empty stomach. The finished dishes are incredibly delicious and generously portioned. It will be a special experience to remember your trip by making and enjoying Thai food yourself in Korea.

My daughter and I did a bike tour in the morning at the same place, and then immediately did a cooking class on the second floor in the afternoon. We made fried rice right away, as if we weren't hungry. We cooked four dishes: spring rolls, coconut soup, and mango sticky rice. Since there were only two of us, it finished faster than the scheduled time, which was nice. Even I (the dad), who has never cooked before, could easily follow along. I recommend this to anyone like me who wants to do both biking and cooking in one day without moving around.

I went with my children. It wasn't difficult, and they prepared everything well. The market tour with the teacher was also fun.

Much richer than expected, the teacher guided everyone through completing multiple dishes and made adjustments based on individual tastes; during the process, Thai ingredients and cuisine were introduced in detail. It was a fantastic experience.
