We had a fantastic day with our tour guide, Justine. We ended up being the only 7 in the group for the day so they came and picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel in Sydney CBD. The itinerary for the day was great, we saw the main Sydney attractions and the day was very smooth - we took our time at each destination and didn't feel rushed. Justine was lovely, when she realised we predominately spoke Cantonese instead of Mandarin, she spoke Cantonese as much as possible which was very thoughtful. Justine would also proactively come and take full group photos of us once she realised we were almost finished taking our personal/individual photos. Highly recommend this tour!
The whole tour was so nice, the tour guide was nice and well prepared. It was a rainy day and it didn't ruin the trip, the tour guide picked every good drop-off point. I recommend joining this tour, it's a small group and they take good care of you.
We do like this day tour very much. Thank you for the Tour Guide, Jackie who provided an outstanding guidance professionally. He explained to us the sceneric and historical of every spots. We went for about 10 spots started from 8.30a.m. to 5.15p.m. From Mrs. Macquaries Point, Hyde Park NSW, St. Mary's Cathedral NSW, Rose Bay, Bondi Beach, Bondi Iceberg Pool, Fish Market, University of Sydney, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. You will no regret on this day tour. It is a value of Money's trip.
This time, five of us took a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a full day. Our tour guide was a Chinese gentleman who has been in Australia for 20 years, having moved here for school. If you want to quickly visit the essential sights of a city without wasting time, booking a one-day tour is very time-efficient, and you also get a guide to explain things. It was a great trip with no hidden pitfalls.
Traveling alone, the tour guide was very attentive, even helping me take photos. There were some spots I hadn't even thought of photographing, but he took pictures for me. His explanations were also very detailed; he started sharing some of Sydney's history along the way. I gained so much and had an incredibly fun time! 🥳
Today, we joined a Sydney day tour. Our driver and guide, Ray Gao, picked us up from the hotel. His explanations of the various city attractions were clear and easy to understand. The pick-up and drop-off service was excellent, leaving us with wonderful memories.
Super convenient itinerary, no need to find transportation yourself and no wasted time, visiting more than half of the attractions in one day.
The mini-bus that picked us up for this event was driven by a new Australian resident who immigrated from Taiwan. Overall, I felt the event's arrangements were a bit disorganized. The bus went east, then west, and it didn't feel like a smooth, continuous tour.
The city day tour itinerary was just average, and the value for money was acceptable.
I had specifically booked a Chinatown accommodation so it is easy to access the meeting point for my elderly parents. Tour wasn’t confirmed till 3 days earlier and operator insisted on us changing the dates to our moving day from North Sydney giving the reason that we needed 4 ppl & we only had 3 for our booking. I told Operator it is inconvenient and we would be late. We also had nowhere to put our heavy luggages. Operator told us that it was okay to leave luggages in the minivan and insisted on us travelling on the moving date. I asked her how many people would be together on the changed date and she stated it would be 5 ppl in total, just our small family & another couple. Came moving day, our Uber took a very long time to arrive despite us waking up at 6am and booking the ride at 7.30am. As a result, we were late and driver raised his voice over the phone to me. Driver/ tour guide did not bother to explain the itinerary or even history behind the different spots, only dropping us at the different locations. We only covered 5 spots. With this price, and being forced to change dates, you’re much better off using Uber from point to point. Less hassle, less stress and more value for money.
