Cruzeiro de Catamarã de Luxo para Maya Bay, Khai e Maithon saindo de Phuket

Initially, we considered joining a smaller group, as this package stated 3-30 participants. However, we were shocked to see about 60 participants on board 😓. There's no difference or anything special compared to the cheaper Phi Phi tours you can find online or in town. Lunch was mediocre and too crowded. The tour guides were generally nice and helpful, but several activities shown in the picture on Klook were not included unless you paid extra on the day, which was a bit misleading and disappointing.

¡MÁS BIEN UN CAMBIO DE PLANES! El mar estaba demasiado peligroso el 26 de enero y la tripulación aun así nos llevó a la isla Khai para no tener que dar un reembolso completo. Le dijeron a la gente en el barco que no entendía realmente lo que estaba pasando que tenían la opción de regresar a Phuket sin reembolso o ir a Phi Phi (básicamente un chantaje). La mayoría del barco votó por ir a Phi Phi, pero a medida que avanzábamos, el mar empeoró aún más. Luego tuvimos que pedir una nueva votación y tuvimos que decirles a los propios tripulantes que dieran la vuelta. No reserven con esta gente, les importa más el dinero que la vida de las personas. Finalmente acordaron devolver el 50% una vez en Phuket, pero no tenían idea de cómo hacerlo, así que espero que Klook pueda investigar esto, ya que así fue como pagué.

Spero che sia un viaggio memorabile, ma non lo è. Tutto è a posto tranne il fatto di non andare a Maya Bay a causa del tempo. Che tristezza.

Overall experience was... exhausting...!! The beauty of the islands and beaches that we saw were stunning...however, the company was exhausting. They were often yelling instructions to all the passengers through microphones that were, over-the-top loud. Every activity was rushed, the boat was super crowded and the lunch was very mediocre. However, they did do a great job keeping the schedule organized, they did give some fruit at the end of the tour and kept the water, juice and Pepsi flowing. Those were the only upsides of the day. Otherwise, my husband and I got back to our hotel EXHAUSTED. We are in our young 30's and very adventurous and risk taker type of people, this isn't worth booking if you're looking for an island hoping type tour. Look somewhere else for a tour so you're not left over-the-top exhausted!

This trip was great. We had a really great time and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Snorkeling was fun.

I highly recommend the Phi Phi Island tour! You should definitely try it! Sunscreen is a must, make sure to apply it even on your back~~~ They provide motion sickness medication freely at the departure point. We departed from Phuket, and it didn't feel like it took too long.👍👍

If I come to Phuket next year, I think I'll choose Tip-Top again. It was so much fun, and the catamaran was bigger, more stable, and faster. Also, there were many staff members, which was great because we could share valuable experiences in detail with the guides. It was worth every penny!

The staff are very attentive and helped with every single thing. Although the tour is packaged as luxury, it's just a more premium kind of experience, not an exclusive level. Lunch is a basic buffet with both vegetarian and halal options.
