For the Thyssen Museum, you can simply present the QR code. For the Reina Sofía Museum, you need to show the entire voucher to receive your admission ticket. At the Prado Museum, there is usually a long queue, but you can go directly to the ticket office, show your voucher to a staff member there, and they will direct you to the office to get your admission ticket immediately.

The Art Pass is very easy to use; simply exchange your voucher at the counter. The price is also reasonable, and with the Thyssen, you can enter directly with your voucher.

하루동안만 사용가능하다는게 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 한 곳을 간다면 프라도미술관을 추천합니다. 만약 시간이 되신다면 현대미술을 볼 수 있는 레이나미술관이 좋을것 같습니다. 오디오가이드도 꼭 준비하세요.

Amazing package - seamless entrance. Great value for money too! We genuinely enjoyed the visit so much, but make sure you set aside around 1-2 hours for each museum. There's a lot to offer, especially at the Prado (take at least 2 hours to go through the works of art). Loved Guernica too!

It says that you can enter directly with this online ticket (barcode type), but please be aware that at the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Art Center, you will need to go to the ticket counter, present your online ticket, and have an admission ticket issued. At the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, direct entry with this ticket was possible. However, not having to wait in the long ticket purchase line at the Prado Museum is a good point. You can quickly exchange your ticket by queuing in the ticket exchange line or the shorter line marked for group tickets. All the museums are wonderful and definitely a must-see if you are staying in Madrid.
