An utter disappointment and a scam. We specially travelled all the way down from Seville to Cordoba to attend the tour. However, NO tour guide appeared despite us waiting at the assigned area (Main Gate under the Flags) under the heavy rain from 11:45AM to 12:20PM. The tour was scheduled at 12:00PM. We spoke to the Experience Specialist from Klook but receive no reply / refund / compensation (i.e., for the tour and for the train tickets we bought specially to travel down to Cordoba). We will be lodging a complaint case with Singapore CASE when we return to Singapore.

This is terrible. I bought a ticket but couldn't get in. What kind of shoddy booking website is this? It's awful, I definitely don't recommend it. After buying, it doesn't even clearly state how to get in. It's better to buy directly from the official website. In the end, a ticket agent said it was okay, and I was able to enter. Anyway, I don't recommend it at all. I don't even want to give it one star.
