La experiencia es muy interesante y el guía nos explicó muy bien cómo se elabora el vino. El recorrido no es caro y, por lo tanto, es apto para todos, incluidos los niños. Sería mejor si pudieran ofrecer algo más para que los niños bebieran.

I'm not a big fan of walking, so being able to see Porto's beautiful scenery without having to walk, and even getting off to visit and taste wine at a winery along the way, all for a very reasonable price, is truly worthwhile! 👍

The tour is good for all ages, just that the volume of the audio guide on the train is too low, it’s very difficult to hear, it would be better if the volume can be increased.

Aunque es una actividad interesante, sentí que la empresa podría mejorar sus instalaciones y servicio. Cuando llegamos para registrarnos en la oficina, el miembro del personal estaba más interesado en vender otros tours como un extra (lo cual es de esperar), pero se mostró despectivo cuando rechazamos el tour adicional en barco después. El autobús/tren en sí era genial, pero los altavoces son bajos y no se pueden escuchar las descripciones de los lugares por los que se pasa. Definitivamente hay mejores tours de bodegas de Oporto para hacer por la ciudad, el video de bienvenida suena más a una venta corporativa y no explica mucho sobre el proceso de elaboración del Oporto.

We had booked for the 10 AM slot, but upon arrival at the meeting point, we were informed that the slot was cancelled, so we had to go for the 4 PM slot, rescheduling our earlier plan for sightseeing. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our wine tasting tour, and the city tour was just okay.

Good little tour particularly when travelling with children. We enjoyed learning about how port is made at the cellar. The audio guide wasn’t very extensive so it’s better to do some prior reading to understand the landmarks you will pass. Good to avoid hills and the heat.

The experience was terrible. We booked a 10 AM tour on Klook, but upon arrival, we were told the 10 AM tour was full and they could change it to 12 PM. We accepted, and at 12 PM, a car took us directly to the winery. The guide patiently showed us around the cellar, and then we tasted two glasses of wine. However, shortly after, they said they were closing for lunch and sent us out, saying a car would pick us up in five minutes. We thought that was fine, but then we stood outside the gate in the cold for 20 minutes with no car. We ended up taking a taxi ourselves. The entire tour lasted less than an hour, and the experience was quite bad. I'm allergic to alcohol, so what interested me most about this tour was the mini-train that would allow me to sightsee the city. But there was no mini-train, just a car that took us directly from the travel agency to the winery. For me, this trip was very disappointing.
