I don't even want to give a star rating. There was no accurate information, so even after asking a staff member at King's Cross Station, I couldn't exchange the ticket. I couldn't connect to customer service, and chat wasn't working, so in the end, I had to bear all the costs myself. This is truly an absurd and unbelievable situation. Because I didn't want to ruin my trip, I bought a train ticket by paying cash locally and didn't do the Edinburgh bus tour. I'm really disappointed with how shoddily this was handled. The fact that customer service calls didn't work either... it wasn't a small amount of money, and it feels like a complete waste.

Picking up tickets was very convenient and easy to find. The staff were punctual and explained how to use them. Although a same-day round trip felt a bit rushed, I think it's possible to see everything in one day by taking the bus and walking. I recommend it to friends looking for a day trip.

Easy and very convenient. Take the train from King's Cross to Edinburgh. There are power outlets on the train, so bring a charger. Once you arrive in the city, it's a self-guided tour, but it's very easy and convenient. Read the attached letter you received with your ticket and follow the guidelines.

This is ideal if you have limited time and can only spare a day in Edinburgh, but I recommend staying for at least 2 days since there was a lot to see in Edinburgh. This is also a self-guided tour, and a representative from Evans Evans will only meet you to give you your tickets and instructions.

Edinburgh is LOVE! I wish I could have spent a lot of time there. The place is amazing. You can spot the hop-on-hop-off bus directly from the train station. The castle is amazing. You have to wear a comfy footwear so you can roam around the city.
