Absolutely fantastic experience! We booked a private professional photoshoot at London Bridge expecting typical touristy photos, but we received beautiful and creative shots instead. The photographer was punctual, respectful, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend

We recently had a private 15-minute photoshoot in London, specifically Big Ben and London Eye, and was absolutely blow away by the experience. The photographer was incredibly professional, made us feel at ease, and captured stunning shots in such a short amount of time. I had a great experience booking through Smiler – reliable, and their customer service is excellent. My photoshoot at Tower Bridge with Srujan was also amazing. He was friendly, attentive and captured beautiful moments effortlessly. The photos were delivered on time and in great quality. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend it.

总体说下，游客和摄像师的接头，是这个产品的最大障碍。我的摄影师在前一天通过网站信息框联系我，让我下载whatsapp ，但是我因为是中国内地手机并不能下载，然后我提议他下载WeChat，结果他不知道怎么通过我的加好友申请。总之，只能通过网站信息框沟通。所以当第二天我们全家8:00准时到达拍照约定地点时，摄影师没到，因为他不知道什么时候发了一句话，说按照天气，建议我们中午12点拍摄，我并没有提前看到，但是他直接就不来了…我紧急联系摄影师，打他电话也没接，总之折腾到拍摄结束时间，他都没出现！8:42，我们全家准备离开，因为约了10点的大英博物馆，摄影师出现了。客观说，后面拍摄很顺利，出片效果没有让人失望，但是也不值得多选，正好选了套餐约定的25张，没有多花钱！总体该产品值得体验，特别适合一人旅行没人拍照的情况！

They said it would be a 30-minute photoshoot, but it only lasted 10 minutes, and there was a limit on the number of photos taken, so they stopped shooting. The resulting quality was very poor because the photographer took so few shots that even the bad ones had to be given to us. The backgrounds were all blurry, making it impossible to tell that Big Ben was in the shot, and the expressions and poses of the people weren't captured well. It was truly unprofessional; I could have taken better photos myself. I spent over three thousand dollars to hire a professional photographer, and now I suspect I've been scammed. They promised twenty to thirty photos, but several of them had the same background and pose, just with different brightness and clarity. Is this just to make up the numbers?

The photographer was on time, very friendly and gave us many great photo spots so we had a lot of good pictures however our poses were the same and quite boring , it would be even better if the photographer able to direct us how to pose differently.
