Passeio Noturno de Rickshaw em Katmandu: Cidade Velha e Histórica

The rickshaw tour was supposed to last more than three hours, but the tour guide tried to finish it after one hour. I insisted on the continuation and then the three hours were delivered (it does not mean that the rickshaw had to move us three hours long because we walked quite a lot by foot). The explanations of the tour guide were like "This is [unclear sounds], this is temple, this is people, this is towra (tower)", that is, totally useless and often unclear. No communication was possible in most cases because the tour guide did not understand me and I did not understand him. Also, I found it strange that the tour guide came with dirt on his face. Well, at least he made some photos of me and we visited some temples with a beautiful illumination. I could not communicate with the rickshaw driver because he spoke no English (which is OK if the tour guide speaks it, but mine knew only very few English words).

It's best for everyone to search online for local travel agency websites and choose tours, as the cost-performance ratio will likely be higher. The actual duration of this trip was only one-third of what was shown on the Klook app. We originally expected a 3-hour night tour, starting at 17:45 and returning to the hotel by 21:00. However, it turned out to be just an evening tour. The guide and rickshaw were not on time. As soon as 18:00 arrived, we were told that this tour would only last an hour and a half, but we were ultimately sent back to the hotel by 19:00. For most of this tour, we were just on the rickshaw, getting off only 4 times in total. Each time we got off, the guide just said "two minutes, two minutes," meaning we only had two minutes to take photos before getting back on. The guide seemed to be in a great hurry, and unfortunately, we still had to give a tip!

Terrible experience. We waited 45 minutes for the pick up, making numerous calls. There was no guide whatsoever. We stopped twice for the guide to do personal shopping while we sat in the rickshaws. Once in an electronic store and once to buy food for himself. Don't waste your money. Total rip off.

Non sono stati offerti spuntini e gli unici commenti erano la domanda occasionale di 'bello, vero?' tra le sue telefonate o i suoi sonnellini. Ho finito alle 19:30, onestamente non sono sicuro di come il tour elencasse una durata tra le 17:45 e le 21:00.

Basic tour in a dirty rickshaw, pretty basic. Definitely felt sorry for the guy pedalling. My guide was supposed to drop me back to my hotel as I paid extra for this but he was reluctant to do so.
