So not worth the money, guide was not very understandable or knowledgeable.

I was unable to make the tour due to illness and they were very helpful with cancelling my arrangement, I have been told it's wonderful! I'd advise a face mask or scarf for pollution and dust, as well as bring a raincoat, you never know!

The pickup was late without any notification. The three of us waited until 9:30 AM before hailing a taxi ourselves. After arriving, the entire tour was already delayed by 1 hour and 15 minutes, and it finally began. The guide then led us aimlessly, stopping rickshaws everywhere. After the rickshaw tour of the old city, I saw the guide only gave 1000 Nepalese Rupees, and the rickshaw driver didn't seem happy. I don't understand why we each paid over 1000 NTD? They initially told us that two rickshaws would be enough, but there were three of us?! The tour was supposed to end after visiting the old city, but I asked, "What about the Monkey Temple?" The guide then hailed a taxi on the street to take us up. Many places were omitted from the itinerary, and we just passed by others. Although we mentioned we were in a hurry, they shouldn't have cut so many parts of the tour, right?! For the return trip, they called a taxi for us and even asked how much we paid KLOOK for the transfer fee? The transfer fee I paid was far more than what it would have cost us to hail taxis ourselves for both ways! Although the guide was a good person, I am very dissatisfied with the itinerary arrangement! It makes me a bit worried about other tour bookings! I hope this is just an isolated issue.
