Ang aming driver, si Kuya Samuel, ay napakabait sa pagpapahintulot sa amin na i-customize pa ang aming biyahe dahil nakapili kami kung saang mga hintuan kami maaaring manatili nang mas matagal alinsunod sa aming mga interes. Ang mga detalye ng kasaysayan ng Iloilo ay napakalawak. Ang aming gabay na si Yvette ay napakatalino at napaka-accomodating din sa aming mga kahilingan.

We were unable to contact our driver 30 minutes before the tour started. Fortunately, the local operator immediately resolved the issue. The itinerary was so-so, and the driver/tour guide initially did not know about the free snacks as he had not been advised by his team.

Our tour guide, Sir Edisel, is very kind. Even though we exceeded the time we discussed, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., he still completed the tour just so we could visit and see the beauty of Iloilo. Lastly, Sir Edisel drives carefully; we felt completely comfortable with him. I will definitely recommend this half-day tour to Iloilo.

The booking experience was so easy and smooth!! Transport pick up was great and the driver was on time! We had a few seniors attend this tour, which the tour guide attended to well making sure they were taking care of. The tour guide also accommodated the tour to some of our personal request such as taking us to the famous tatoys restaurant. Would recommend klook, southwest tour and our lovely tour guide!

I feel disappointed about this tour. I cut off this tour after Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Art. The tour guide took me to 2 attractions which didn't open. He told me I have to pay all admissions of attractions. But those are included on Klook page, it's unreasonable. So I paid ₱2500 for scooter tour without admissions, really expensive. This tour is total not worthy and I don't recommend it.
