This was an amazing experience! From beginning to end, the staff was incredible! They are very responsive, helpful, and so nice. This was an incredible experience, and I would definitely book it again!
I've been on many island hopping tours in the Philippines, but the cruise hopping in Thailand was really comfortable and great. It was cleaner than I expected, and the restrooms were good too. The staff were friendly, and it was easy to understand everything as they spoke English, Chinese, and Korean. The meal was served, and there were additional options to eat, so it didn't feel like a waste of money. It was more fun and much better than I had imagined for a cruise. On the way back, we had a party time, which was exciting and fun. I plan to use this service again if I travel to Thailand next time, haha, Khop Khun Khrap! 😄
The staff are incredibly kind, and drinks and water are free. They pay meticulous attention to guests. If you're going on a boat tour, do it here. I'm not sure if it's an advantage, but there are no Korean guests, and the staff don't restrict guests from doing whatever they want. Because of this, there are some safety concerns. Snorkel at the first island; it's much more beautiful than the second. Beer is served in small cans. The ice cream is delicious, except for the durian. The restrooms are clean and pleasant. You board barefoot. They provide towels, so you don't need to prepare much, and the pickup service arrives punctually. We returned at 5:30 PM. The sun was strong, and two people in our group got sunburned. Be sure to bring sun protection. There's always something to do, so you won't get bored. On the way back, we even danced. The food is very delicious, with few spices. They serve fried rice, stir-fried vegetables and shrimp, Tom Yum Goong, chicken drumsticks, boiled pork slices, and stir-fried chicken. For fruit, there's pineapple and watermelon. If you go to Monkey Island, monkeys will climb on you and get your clothes dirty. There's quite a bit of trash on the islands. If you ask for motion sickness medicine, they give it to you as soon as you board. The alcohol is reasonably priced but low quality; beer is better.
1. Punctual pickup service, excellent! 2. The hopping boat was clean and well-maintained. I'm not sure if it's always like this, but it seemed like three boats always traveled together. 3. The staff were very friendly. From the first greeting to the very end, they were kind. Accurate Korean announcements were made via recorded broadcast. (Again, I'm not sure if this was because there were many Koreans on our boat, but the wording was precise and clear.) 4. The course included three islands. During transit, you could freely move between the deck with a net on the floor and the second floor. Tables and chairs were assigned (for meals or luggage). The travel time was a bit long, but it's understandable as they need to maintain a proper speed. The island visuals felt a bit repetitive, but on the first island, you could snorkel, go between the island and the boat, or play on the boat's slide. On the second island, you could do everything from the first island plus fishing. One Korean group grilled the fish they caught (the grilling service seemed to be paid). The third island was home to monkeys. We brought all the leftover food (haha) mentioned later and shared it with the monkeys. They climbed right onto people's shoulders. They didn't bite, but the staff said they might bite or scratch if touched or provoked. Haha, just stay still if they come close. 5. Water, coffee, soda, etc., were provided free of charge. Lunch included chicken drumsticks, pork, fruits, and Thai dishes. For Koreans who don't like spices, just eating the chicken drumsticks to fruits mentioned above would be perfect. 6. On the way back, the three boats ran in a straight line, and the staff had a dance party on the second floor. As of February 2025, songs familiar to Koreans like "Apartment" (of course, Rosé's version) and "Gangnam Style" were played. The staff member who seemed to be the leader showed energetic moves (I'll leave it to subjective judgment whether it was dancing) on the middle boat among the three running side-by-side. 7. All races, from Caucasians to Africans, gathered. If you want to make foreign friends, just go up and talk to them. (I'm not very sociable, so I only had short conversations with the Japanese man next to me. He slightly changed my impression of Japanese people. - My Japanese is basic, but I can speak it, but he spoke English first, so I also spoke English, haha. Sometimes my friends and I would tell funny stories in Japanese, and I understood, but it was a bit hard to maintain a poker face. Sayonara, haha). [Conclusion] If you don't want to take a small boat, but a luxury one is too expensive = definitely choose this. It was around 100,000 to 150,000 won (was it? I've written it all, and it's awkward to copy or go back, so please consider this...). For an activity from 8 or 9 AM to 5 PM with lunch, water, coffee, and drinks included, I think it's great value for money.
I had such a great time! It’s an amazing experience. The trip was well organised, the food was nice and the whole place was clean. I was in Serenity Boat 2, the crew were friendly and helpful. Their team leader is exceptional, very hands on, knowledgeable and funny! He made sure everyone is having fun and most importantly safe. I’ll definitely join this trip again when I’m in Pattaya and would 100% recommend this trip.
This was one of the most amazing experiences I have had. The charter name was Serenity and one of the guides, Lorenzo, was an excellent caretaker. We ate, danced, and drank. I definitely recommend this once-in-a-lifetime experience to everyone.
The best crew ever!! Super pleasant experience and the crew members are sooooo sweet, helping me to get the pics and videos taken. Literally make my day. The Catamaran is epic✅ It’s a MUST-GO trip
It was fantastic! Awesome crew members, a great team, and so much fun! They know how to make things fun and safe. I will never forget this yacht tour; choosing it was the best decision ever!
