Experiência La Luna Spa em Hoi An

The location is right in Hoi An Ancient Town. The weather was bad that day, and we spontaneously decided to try a spa massage. We booked it on Klook, which was very convenient and even cheaper. We arrived early, and the staff helped us adjust the time. As soon as we entered, everything from the scent, environment, staff, to the masseuses felt very high-end and relaxing. We were very satisfied and had a wonderful experience. They focused on the areas we indicated needed more attention on the pre-treatment questionnaire, and the masseuses continuously asked about our comfort during the process. The value for money is excellent. Although the towels felt a bit sticky and not new, everything else was truly excellent. We still highly recommend coming here.

The spa house has a quiet and soothing ambience. The hygiene condition is acceptable. The towels felt a bit sticky, perhaps due to the high humidity. The treatment itself is comfortable. It's a nice experience.

We came here two days in a row because it's so convenient, the staff are friendly and lovely, and the massage is comfortable with adjustable pressure, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy a wonderful time. This visit, they used hot towels to wipe our bodies, which was much better than the slightly sticky towels from our last visit. We will definitely choose this place again next time we're in Hoi An.

I booked a massage just the day before, choosing the singing bowl and essential oil treatment. It was super comfortable and great value for money. After the massage in the afternoon, I could walk to Hoi An Ancient Town from here, as it's not far and very convenient. 👍🏻

The environment is comfortable, and the staff are polite. Before starting, they will have you fill out a questionnaire to understand which areas you'd like massaged most. There are also welcome drinks, and after the massage, drinks and snacks are provided. A very good experience.

I had been curious about it for a while, but since the weather forecast for my stay was rain, I decided to book it through Klook on the day of the treatment when I felt like going. About 3 hours before the treatment, despite it being a sudden booking, there were no issues, the reservation was properly made, and the staff welcomed me with a smile. The shop is clean, and all the staff are gentle. This was my first time choosing an oil massage with a singing bowl, and I felt so good in the latter half that I fell asleep 🤭. It's near Starbucks in Hoi An and also close to "Madam Khanh," a popular banh mi shop among locals. It's in a convenient location, so you can stop by even while exploring the Old Town 👍.

I had the 90min traditional masage and it was incredible! I tried many masage treatment around the world but this is one of the best treatment I have ever had! The price is also super reasonable given the spa is more cozy and beatiful than many other spa in Hoi An. The staffs and also super nice and friendly.

I received the 75-minute Singing Bowl Healing Massage. It was my first time, and I felt like I had traveled to a different world. The massage pressure was just right, and I am very satisfied.
