After making the purchase, I was constantly worried, thinking, "Is this a scam? Is it going to be okay? Can I trust this?" until I actually entered the stadium. However, contrary to my worries, the ticket arrived the day before the match, and I was able to enter the stadium smoothly. I'm very glad I used this service. I would definitely like to use it again.

Received confirmation email and e-tickets from the supplier two days before the match. Unfortunately, the seats were not consecutive. I immediately contacted Klook's online customer service, who "rudely" suggested I email the supplier directly for assistance. Please note when purchasing on Klook, it only mentions that if you wish to sit together, it is recommended to place them in the same order, but there is no guarantee you will be seated together, so everyone should keep this in mind. The supplier also responded regarding their arrangement for consecutive seats (refer to photos). Fortunately, I was able to swap seats with nearby fans at the time. The match atmosphere was very lively, the seats were closer than expected, and the stadium was magnificent. It was an unforgettable and happy experience.

The location is fantastic, a truly extraordinary experience! You can see the players extremely well, and the seats even offer shelter from the rain. It is simply super perfect! I would love to watch a game there again!

How could I possibly book three consecutive seats for the Madrid Derby with my own hands? And with absolute certainty too!! Haha. Klook was a huge help, except for the terrifyingly high prices ^^. When I bought them last November, I was told the tickets would be sent 3-5 days before the match. Now it's changed to 1-2 days, and when the game was rescheduled, we were only notified the day before, which caught us completely off guard.
