Our tour guide and driver, Peter, who picked us up at the station, provided excellent service and driving skills. He also had a very clear understanding of the attractions around the lake district, explaining them along the way, leading us on a wonderful trip.

I booked this tour because this site offered the lowest price. The tour description stated that I would pick up tickets at the station on the day of the tour, but I was unsure where at the station to go or if there were any landmarks, so I asked in advance. The reply was to go to the ticket office and that a local person would contact me beforehand. On the day of the tour, I went to the station's ticket office at the designated meeting time, but couldn't find anyone who seemed to be the contact. As the departure time approached, I grew anxious and called the local operator. They replied that the tickets (apparently e-tickets are standard these days) had already been sent by email. Since I could speak some English, I asked them to resend the email and managed to board, but it was a nerve-wracking experience. I wish they would stop giving vague answers and properly revise the information on their website. The local guide was a very kind person, and I managed to understand the explanations in English because I had prepared in advance, but I think it would be difficult for someone without prior knowledge or who doesn't understand English. I felt that one day was not enough for the Lake District. I would have liked to stay overnight and explore at a leisurely pace.

Train tickets were given as e-tickets via email. That was an improvement. The local tour guide Peter is very nice and experienced. There was an unexpected traffic stationary during our return trip to the train station. It was Peter who knew an alternative route so that we could bypass the congestion and caught the train in time. In general, the places we visited were great. We enjoyed the cream tea and scones so much.

I'm so happy to be watching the scenery outside from the train. It's very comfortable not having to worry about traffic. The afternoon tea was also wonderful, especially my favorite waffles with a cup of hot tea.

The itinerary is well-arranged, with a moderate number of attractions, so you won't feel rushed. I highly recommend the yacht cruise on the lake, which offers panoramic views of the lake district.

The tour was a bit tight but overall it was fantastic. Our guide Peter did a really good job telling us interesting things about the Lake District throughout the day trip; it was a very nice experience after all!

We met a wonderful tour guide, Christ, who diligently introduced all the attractions in the Lake District in detail. His service attitude was very polite and thoughtful. When it rained heavily, he let us wait in the car while he prepared the tickets for the attractions. He also made good use of the time to take us on a tour around the Lake District first, and dropped us off at scenic spots for photos! Finally, we enjoyed a high-quality afternoon tea and received excellent hospitality in a beautiful setting! The entire itinerary was well-managed, and everyone was very happy!

A very beautiful place, it has a Hokkaido feel! One of the must-see attractions.
