Don't book this attraction. They canceled the Eiffel Tower tour on the day we were supposed to meet for the tour. We were offered a partial package, the Seine cruises. And when we walked to the Seine River Cruise from the meeting point, we could see some people taking the elevator and being inside the Eiffel Tower (the guide said the Eiffel Tower was closed that day)... really very disappointing. We got a voucher from Klook to refund this tour separately.
Upon arrival, we realized there was no tour scheduled for that day, and no one was queuing. Everyone was stunned. The tour guide said a refund would be issued and then left, without providing any cancellation proof. We still haven't received the refund, so we had to contact the bank to dispute the charge and stop the payment. A very bad experience.
